BK8 - an attempt at dialogue

I would like to direct this message to the technical team at BK8. There is no other way to reach them except through this forum...

There is effectively no dialogue with the BK8 team. Yes, there is an online support chat, but its only objective seems to be to close the chat as quickly as possible! Once the chat ends, the entire conversation history is lost, which is even more frustrating. Imagine spending a significant amount of time carefully describing an issue, only for the chat to be closed and the problem ignored. I have tried three times, but I am consistently being ignored...

Let me explain what I am asking of the BK8 team:
There is an issue with cryptocurrency withdrawals (specifically USDT-ERC20).
For some unknown reason, the casino refuses to process withdrawals to addresses that have had at least one outgoing transaction! The support team claims, "Your address is a smart contract, so we cannot process the transfer." Even when I explain that this is not the case, the support agent simply asks me to resubmit the request—which then just gets cancelled again...
To make matters worse, I have already had two successful withdrawals to this same address. However, after an outgoing transaction was made from that address (I even tried routing a transaction through it—not necessarily to BK8), a third withdrawal attempt was cancelled with the same excuse: "Your address is a smart contract, so we cannot process the transfer." I’ve pointed out that this is incorrect, given that two previous withdrawals were processed successfully! The support agent makes no effort to look into the matter; instead, they just repeat the same thing like a parrot: "Well, just submit another withdrawal request." The reason I am posting this on the forum is that the support agent either fails to understand what I am explaining or simply has no intention of helping! The entire BK8 casino system is structured such that reload bonuses can only be activated by making a new deposit—you cannot simply toggle them on. This means that if you want to claim a reload bonus, you first have to withdraw your funds and then deposit them again. However, since it is impossible to withdraw funds to an address that has already been used, you are forced to create a new address every single time! Anyone familiar with how transaction fees work can imagine the hassle of constantly having to move assets from one wallet to another, over and over again!
I urge the BK8 team not to ignore this issue!

I hope a company representative will join this thread and finally provide an answer regarding this situation!

I have already created 5 addresses, and I’ve been a client for less than a month. What will it be like in a year—50 addresses or more? Having to transfer Ether and any remaining balances from one wallet to another every single time, and paying transaction fees for it constantly?
BK8, let’s get this issue resolved!

p.s. Please do not suggest using other payment methods. This particular method has the lowest transaction fees. I honestly don’t understand why an Asian casino wouldn’t support payments via the BEP20 network—which would eliminate transaction fees entirely...
