[SCAM] BetBolt - Withdrawal blocked 6 months & bets rolled back

Short Description of Crypto Scam: Withdrawal blocked for 6 months under vague "Terms violation" accusations, combined with the unfair rollback of 4 winning bets. Support keeps stalling with fake "escalation" promises.

What Happened:
6 months ago, I attempted to withdraw my remaining balance of 0.04832820 BTC from BetBolt. The withdrawal was instantly blocked. When I contacted live support, I received a canned response claiming my account was "in violation of our terms and conditions" and that withdrawals were permanently blocked. No specific reason or proof of abuse was ever provided.

Since then, I have contacted live support numerous times. Every single time they use stalling tactics, claiming they have "upgraded the priority of the case" and need "more time to look into it". They also instructed me to contact various Telegram handles for resolution (@betbolt_vip and @Babix), but I have never received a single reply on Telegram.

To make matters worse, BetBolt also rolled back 4 of my bets to avoid paying out, yet kept them marked as "Lost" in the system while removing the funds. They are currently withholding my deposits and legitimate balance. I still have access to my account, which proves they are simply exit-scamming my funds rather than handling a real compliance issue.

I am posting this to warn the BitcoinTalk community. BetBolt is running a selective scamming operation, locking users out of withdrawals for months while giving false hope via support. Do not deposit here.

Just curious, have you posted this on any mediator website? If you haven't yet, I suggest posting this on contesthunters.com(a forum member is the one handling cases there). I would have suggested posting this on casino.guru or askgambelrs.com, but assuming this whole issue is sports betting-related, so they would probably not accept the case.

Their representative here hasn't been active for a while now, so I'm not sure if they'll respond here.

Can you still wager with the balance in your account. I am curious, because its been over 6 months and the casino is still yet to permenently block you account, and if they still allow you to gamble, then they would hope you do so. I have seen many casinos do this, they block withdrawals, but the player is still allowed to gamble, i guess they'd hope the player just loses their balance while the dispute is still ongoing.

I just placed a random sportsbet on $0.23, so heavily limited. I also managed to place a roulette bet.

Since this is already 6 months while support is not helpful then I just to seek the help of an approved ADR by Anjouan license aside from seeking the help of the mediator as suggested above.

2 problems with mediation sites regarding this case. First, seems like OP was betting on sports mostly and sites like casinoguru for example always reject disputes that come from sports betting for whatever reason. I mean I don't understand why they do this but it's a fact that they do.
And about contesthunters, unfortunately that site doesn't really have a lot of reputation yet and sites couldn't care less if their "score", if such thing even exists, would go bad if they lose a case there. Since betbolt also doesn't really care about this forum anymore (absent for months now), despite having a sig campaign in the past, they also won't care what a site born from this forum would decide about any case regarding them.

I think Betbolt had a problem before. They were heavily active on the forum and ran some promotional campaigns here. However, there were multiple unpaid winners at some point, and later they paid. But as a result, the previous campaign manager suspended all the deals with BetBolt. There were communication issues with the BetBolt team, as far as I know. This was the primary reason many players were ghosted for weeks.

Since there is a new signature campaign with another professional campaign manager, I think they would pay some attention to the scam accusation and solve it if they want to save their reputation. Six months? This is totally bullshit, to be honest. Some people cannot even wait 7 days. You should speak with the campaign manager.

Casino guru does not handle sportsbetting related matters because they're casino-guru, casino is the keyword here. They only handle casino related matters, not sportsbook. Different with ask-GAMBLERS, who gamble both on sports and casino.

As for ContestHunters, yes, we unfortunately does not have a rating system yet. And I don't have much control over the features there as I work voluntarily there and it's not my site to tinker about. But I do leave tags on casinos if situation changed from push to shove.

I agree with other members that you should escalate this right away, both on this forum and outside as well, with whatever mediators as you can.

You deserve your fairly won money, and if not then a real proper explanation about their actions.

No, they currently do not have an active sig campaign. I think they have launched sig campaigns twice in the forum, their second spell was quite short, it lasted just a week IIRC.

Oh, so they blocked your withdrawals and heavily limited your account. I would have thought they would allow you to gamble normally, in the hope you just lose everything and drop the case, win-win for them.
