God created us and He does not force us to serve Him, if you believe in Him you can put your life in His hands, He will guide and protect you from spiritual wickedness and dangers that are directed at you, so I can confidently say that my life is in God's hands. Having clarified this I must emphasize that being in God's hands doesn't mean that He will do for you what you can do for yourself, God created us and He have given us everything we need to survive, physical strength to work and wisdom to increase.

I believe that God will interfere when He sees that you cannot carry your cross alone, it can be financial, health, mental or some other chalanges, He will make a miracle for you to overcome and succeed. Don't listen to so-called men of God who will tell you to sow seeds (money) to them and expect miraculous millions, that is fake, if you work hard and smart God will surely bless you and you will multiply and be happy.

Most religions encourage hard work. It is not wrong to have faith that God can be helpful in or quest to gain economic stability, but it is wrong to solely depend on Him for every process. I see people in my country close their businesses because they want to attend religious programs. Instead of giving more attention and putting more effort into making their businesses or work prosper, they want to seek divine intervention for quick results. They fail to understand that we have all that we need to be successful in life. All we need to do is discover and put them to work. We are permitted to seek divine assistance only when we are doing the physical tasks.

That is a very stupid mindset. Why will you close your business just to attend a religious program.  You can pray at any good place you find yourself at, you don't need to go any  church or mosque before your prayer can be answered. Even in my place , you will see young guys sharing church program fliers or preaching on Wednesday afternoon on the road. Instead of them work on ways they will live a comfortable life and stop that holy or religious gimmick. Most of them even use that preaching opportunity to beg while their mates are hustling hard. People always depend on God to do everything for them and its wrong.  You need to put effort on what you are doing before God can answer you.

Haha bro, it's true, although so far I don't know what's happening and how it's happening, but whatever is happening, I am happy. So sometimes I tell myself that my life is basically on autopilot, haha.

But you are right too, that if we are not making any efforts and sitting at home all day without doing any work, we can't earn and can't manage our economy because if our individual economy is bad, then combined it will be bad too.

We all have to make efforts at an individual level to earn something good, and that's how we can contribute to the economy.

You are still going to find a bunch of people who would have utmost faith in god but will show no actual efforts in real lives. These people have blind faith is what I would say. God is not going to help you earn a decent living. It depends totally on your efforts and the number of hours you spend every week. Just sitting back thinking bad times will pass as god is on our side is foolishness. Such people already are standing in water above their chin but still they are not making any efforts.

I have met a few religious people who have this blind faith. No matter how big of a problem they face, they would still continue trusting in god thinking that god will show them a way out.

I've thought deeply about this concept and I find it to be correct understand normal circumstances but there are exceptions. It true we've been given a brain, hands, legs and talent but what happens in the absence of hands or legs? Some individuals are given the opportunity to be educated enough to attain certain heights in life where they believe they can fit in while the economy of the environment where others exist have failed to provide a common plane ground for everyone.

If everyone was given equal opportunities to succeed I'm not sure they will still look up to God and those things that make life bearable enough to start projecting your dreams and aspirations won't be seen as prayer points. Education is meant for all but in a case where it can't be affordable to the common people makes the grounds unequal and only few out of hundreds have this opportunity to become something meaningful even with all the energy some can't even work enough to get by their daily bills.

I don't totally agree to this assertion as if the individual is totally independent of the government whereas the government makes the policy in form of rules and regulations. So the government is the God we see in present, they decide how much to collect on tax for certain product. Sometimes government intentionally frustrate certain business owners despite their effort, strength, strategy and all the other good characters and quality of a good business person.

People often say that our financial status is determined by our ability to save or spend. It is true that financial decisions can affect one’s life more profoundly than many might admit. But this is not to say that they are the only factor that determines our circumstances.

Hard work is another factor, but it is not always enough. Unfortunately, some individuals work hard and are still mired in poverty. Their country’s economy is in shambles, or there are not enough jobs for them to ply their trade. That is where luck (a word that many would rather not use) comes into play.

I am one of those believing that our life was never in God's hand. It is us who decide the fate of our life. We can't keep blaming god for the good and bad things that cross our path. Just depending on God for living is a lie the religious leaders preach to get people coming to their religious centers to worship their Gods while being lazy and not doing something with their time to give them money to be capable of taking care of expenses like everyone else. Worshiping any religious God that you want to serve is your choice but we should also work so we can have money for the economy.

No God will want their followers to be broke and not be able to afford the smallest things needed for living and that is the reason they all wrote in their holy book to work and not stay idol. The bible teaches this, the other also do the same because those that wrote it understand that to be able to worship God without stress. you will need to be financially capable and not depending on him for miracles but the preachers do not want to teach this so you can depend on miracles and they make money off you.

I understand that a country economy can affect peoples financial success or what they have been working for, but I do not agree with you that our life depends on our economy even if I understand where you're driving at, there is what is called faith which is believing something that is not as if they were, even though some people have faith or we believe that their life is in God's hands, it does not mean that they should not be smart, people should not fold there hands and keep thinking that manners will fall from heaven, we have to workout ourselves to be what we want to be, athough we may not still get it as we want, but it is better to put your energy at work and see what can come out it than believing that things will workout without you doing anything, that's bullshit.

I wouldn't say that my life isn't in God's hands because it is and he has the power over me, indeed God has given me life with two legs and hands as my tools to work my way to the top. The Bible says that faith without work is dead so being a believer shouldn't stop me from working and being a believer doesn't mean I should lie around and wasting for manner to fall from heaven , the economy is dealing with everyone badly and the worst thing that can happen to anyone is waiting and sitting put waiting for someone to come rescue you when you can go out to work for your survival.
