[SCAM] 1Win – $20,000 Account Blocked

The day after previously winning a PSG vs. Barcelona bet and successfully withdrawing my entire earlier balance, I made a new deposit of $20,000

I tried placing a bet on the odds-section, and that was when I discovered that 1Win had restricted my sports betting. After playing Plinko, I tried to withdraw my funds, but 1Win requested KYC verification. I completed it, then received the exact same request the following day and completed it again.

1Win permanently blocked my account, citing clause 12.8 of its terms and conditions. The email did not specify what I had allegedly done wrong.

I cooperated with both KYC requests, yet my account was blocked and my remaining funds (20,014$) are inaccessible.

Just so you know, they usually request KYC verification as part of the investigation, so even if you pass it, it's no guarantee that your account will be unlocked. As things stand, they accuse you of cheating, though they have not specified what kind of cheating exactly.

Given that he got restricted on sportsbetting before playing plinko, I guess the problem lies with sportsbetting itself and not with casino games. Anyway OP, Zapros99, 1win has previous case and they replied to the thread quite promptly. Let me try to nudge them so they'll also address  your matter when they take a look into the neighboring case

Most time I keep blaming people for using site that are not much trustworthy because, I can't leave site that are well known here to this site and even if they have been here for long I do not trust them either. Between, didn't you pass verification before you started using the gambling site? And why must it be after making deposit they would have to come request verification just because you had a higher winning amount than they expected.
I believe they have Ann thread here, it would be that better for you to also drag their attention from their Ann thread maybe people can also go through your complaints to know the reason why you were restricted.
This is one thing about many casinos, when depositing on their site you do not need kyc but when big winning comes, for you to withdraw they would start asking for verification and also source of funds.

Sad to see that nowadays you get restricted/limited after winning 1 sports bet (if that's the case). Lets check rule 12.8:

12.8. If the bet participant commits cheating against the betting company (multi-account, use of betting automation software, playing on arbitrage situations, if the game account is not used for betting, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), the betting company reserves the right to suppress such cheating by canceling bets and closing the game account of the bet participant.

I mean they could at least state what the player has done, even though I don't really think he has done anything wrong, the fact aside that he was winning of course.  
Really would be cool to hear their side, preferably with some proof as well of course. 20k is a HUGE amount and you can't just state some rule that allegedly has been broken and think the player just says "oh well then" and moves on without their money.
