Hello Bitcointalk,

We are opening this thread to introduce UUNSE properly to the forum and, more importantly, to have a public place where players can ask questions, report problems and hold us accountable. UUNSE has been live since around May 2022. Below is a plain description of what the site offers, how the rules work, and what we have not yet verified publicly. Critical feedback is welcome.

1. What UUNSE offers

• Sportsbook — pre-match and live markets on football and other major sports.
  
• Esports — markets on popular esports titles.
  
• Slots — a casino section with slot games.
  
• In-house games — UUNSE's own games (these are also the games tied to UNG distribution, see section 3).
  
• Anti-Score (reverse correct score) — see below.
  

2. How Anti-Score works
In a normal correct-score bet you pick the exact final score. In Anti-Score you pick a score you believe will not happen. If the match ends on any other score, the bet wins.

• AOS ("Any Other Score") covers all scores outside the listed options and can itself be selected.
  
• Hot/cold limits: popular ("hot") selections have a capped stake limit. To raise your limit on hot selections, you need to place bets on less popular ("cold") selections. This keeps the book balanced.
  
• Risk note: Anti-Score odds are low because the bet usually wins. One losing result can wipe out the profit of many winning bets. It is not a guaranteed or low-risk product.
  

3. Coins and the UNG token
Deposits / withdrawals: uunse supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies, including major ones like BTC, ETH, TRX, BNB, USDT, USDC and more. Always double-check the network before sending.

UNG is the platform token:

• Total supply: 1,000,000,000 UNG.
• UNG is distributed to players who bet on in-house games (minimum bet $0.01 counts).
• Staked UNG receives a share of platform distributions paid in crypto. The amount is variable, depends on platform results, can be zero and can change. It is not an investment product and nothing here is a promise of return.
• Audit: the UNGToken contract was audited by CertiK; the report is public on CertiK Skynet: skynet.certik.com/projects/uunse.
  

4. License and certification
uunse operates under a Curacao license.
We also hold a CCU (Crypto Casino Union) certification, CCU-2022-OUJD23KS8L. This is an industry certification, not a government license.

5. Key terms (summary — the full Terms on the site prevail)

• 18+ only, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher.
  
• Wagering before withdrawal: deposits must be wagered 100% on games or 300% on sports before you can withdraw. Anti-Score turnover counts at a 10:1 ratio.
  
• Withdrawals: usually processed promptly, but they can take up to 7 days or longer while checks are done.
  
• KYC: standard sign-up does not require documents, but UUNSE may request KYC at any time, especially before withdrawals.
  
• Bonuses have their own terms. Read them before you accept a bonus.

6. Restricted regions
Under the Terms of Service UUNSE is not available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and most of Europe.
UUNSE is also not offered to and does not target Brazil, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Turkey or mainland China.
Do not use a VPN to get around these restrictions. Accounts may be closed and balances held. You are responsible for checking your local laws.

7. Responsible gambling

• Gambling is entertainment. It is not a way to make money or solve financial problems.
• Only play with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget and a time limit before you start.
• Do not chase losses, and do not bet under stress or under the influence.
• If you need a break, contact support to set limits or self-exclude.

Some platforms choose 3x wager requirements and higher for pure greed hoping that players lose more but 3x isn't really all that bad. Most players can wager 3x pretty easily on low odds games but obviously you have to win the games. Not sure why this casino is choosing the wager amount, just giving an example of 1 reason why they might.

The point is that if they keep going that way or continue with such a chocking wagering requirements, it wouldn't be easy at all. And I believe it would be a  problem to gamblers, and it can possibly scare away people from their site and that is not good for a new casinos that is still seeking audience. However, I'm suggesting they review their decision on that, otherwise players will frowned  seriously on that and you know what that means.

It quite obvious that they are more concerned on customers withdrawal than a more serious issues. Because I don't know why KYC requirements should only be demanded or checked when a player is at the point of withdrawing. Its doesn't go down well and we all know how gamblers hate it when they're been stuck in a tight corner. Hence, if KYC should be required, it should be mostly when violations is suspected or done and not necessarily when a player want to withdraw.

Zero presence on AskGamblers doesn't help either. On top of all this, your site's UI is a pain to navigate on mobiles. Considering all of these red flags, I recommend avoiding this particular crypto gambling site.

You only talked about withdrawals, what is your minimum deposit? It should also be on the front page, except that any amount can be deposited.

I think that before promoting the casino on the forum, as some of you have suggested, the OP has a lot of explaining to do.

I see that your casino is not new; it has been operating since last year more precisely, since June 2024, based on what I could gather from the  complaint ( Is not scam accusation; it's in Italian, but translating it, he was complaining that the maximo withdrawal amount was 50 euros, something he should have read in the terms of service before creating an account. Of course, it's possible he read the terms of service and didn't see this, since casinos can change their terms of service ) leveled against your casino on Trustpilot:

And I don't see any maximo withdrawal amount written in your casino's terms of service, so I assume that even in 2024 there was nothing like that, but the casino didn't let this guy withdraw less than 50 euros. If it's true that the maximum withdrawal amount is 50 reais, then this is what is written in the terms of service:

9.6. In case your winning is 50 000$ or higher, UUNSE, in exceptional cases, reserves the right to pay the winning in equal parts within 30 days at a maximum.

So, all the people who win large sums will have to wait forever to withdraw all their money from the casino, because the maximum withdrawal amount is 50 euros and they can only withdraw 50 euros once a day. According to it, you hold or stake UNG tokens and receive payouts in five other cryptocurrencies: USDT, ETH, BTC, BNB, and TRX (over different periods).

Note that there is no mention of directly converting BTC into UNG or vice versa. How you get UNG is up to you, either via mining or from buying from exchange etc.


p.s: Also, it would have been nice if their web customer support (assuming it's the 24/7 live support), wasn't locked behind the registration page!

So, if a gamblers hits the jackpot, it takes almost the whole year or more to pay him his complete funds. Can this casino rep tell us why it's like that. Is it that they have low liquidity or they just prefer it like that so that, gamblers wouldn't be able to use their big wins to achieve something good in life or set up a business with it. I wouldn't gamble in a casino that takes a very long time to pay huge amount of money.

As for coming to the forum for the first time, it doesn't mean anything because it's their choice to choose where to promote their brand and when.

Does any other casino offer this anti score option for their spots bets? It seems like an interesting idea if the odds are right and it's not just used as another option of betting on over or under for goals.
Every other part of the casino looks very sketchy, there are so many rules, multiple for football and some other sections. The first one I read about being able to cancel bets for "bad" odds stands out.

If that's the case, they will just be using that to artificially boost purchases of their tokens. Some casinos may not lock up deposits in the currency it was made in. They switch it to a stable currency which is shown on your dashboard. On the backend they just have to ensure their reserves can pay for any winnings.

There are a lot of funny things in your platform which makes it hard for me to contemplate using your platform. I don't like your withdrawal time which can take up to 7 days. I don't also like the part where you can take 30 days to payout $50k winning, that is a major red flag even though it may seem that you are being honest. Your wagering condition of 3X on deposit is also another red flag for me because I will never play in a platform with such big wagering condition. You can make more improvements to attract players to your platform.

I haven't heard of this anti correct score option (guessing the opposite score) either. This is surely an unique one.

Regarding the wait of seven days, this is a deal breaker for most of the users (me as well). I mean who wanna wait this much anyway! I don't have that kind of patience, do you? They need to work this out, make the user experience more comfortable.


Btw, @rich202603, why do you have so many countries in your restricted list? According to the data I provided ChatGPT, it says around 80-90 country (depending on sovereign countries and territories). That's a lot, tbh! So what parts are you targeting mainly?

From what I understand is by betting on the site that you "mine" those tokens:

Mine them playing on the platform and multiply your crypto income by Staking UNG!

All funds from the non-winning bets placed on the platform go to the Staking pool and replenish the appropriate sub-pool. Actually, it’s a win-win game. When you place a bet, regardless of the result, you mine UNG tokens.

But sounds too good to be true, as we know how these tokens usually end.

I see on your OP you made mention of Nigeria on your restricted list but do you realise that Nigeria is a gambling friendly nation? There are no law's restricting Nigerians from gambling in Nigeria. Virtually all casinos does not have Nigeria on their restricted list and this just came as a surprise which I least expected and because casinos does check to do their proper verification to know they sometimes omit casino friendly nation and put friendly nations just like you have done here.

One thing that keeps bothering me is that, they say they operate under a Curacao license but I'm not seeing it anywhere on their site (why say I own this when you are not gonna show it to anyone?). And, it's not like they are new here and forgot to put it inside their footer (they have been operating since May 2022). Although they have provided another thing which is called "CCU (Crypto Casino Union) certification", but I'm not sure what this is, or the legitimacy of this whole thing.

Also, did you know they can stop/hold/prolong withdrawal for 7 days or more (for fraud or AML risk)? Even 24 hours of waiting is too much for many users, imagine waiting 7 days or more just because their system thinks it has something to do with AML risk.  

OP has a LOT of explaining to do right now.
