Saturday buy-in event · No Limit Hold'em · Open to everyone

We are launching a weekly buy-in poker tournament, held every Saturday. Our first freeroll was played on October 20, the winners were paid out and confirmed it in the thread, and many players asked for a buy-in format with bigger prizes. This is it.

Tournament details

• Game: No Limit Texas Hold'em
• Schedule: every Saturday, 16:00 UTC (first event: October 31)
• Buy-in: 5 USDT per player
• Tournament fee: 0%
• Entry: open to everyone, no forum rank required
• No KYC. Deposits and withdrawals in USDT on TON and BNB Chain; Bitcoin accepted for deposits

Prize pool

The prize pool is made up of all buy-ins after the fee. Three places are paid:

• 🥇 1st place: 50%
• 🥈 2nd place: 30%
• 🥉 3rd place: 20%

If the field grows, 4th and 5th place will be paid as well.

Example with 20 players: 100 USDT prize pool, paid as 50 / 30 / 20 USDT.

How to join
1. Register at durakcrypto.com (already have an account? Skip this step)
2. Make sure you have 5 USDT on your balance, that's what the tournament registration needs
3. Open the Tournament tab and register for the event
4. Drop a "+" in the thread so we can see who's coming

Registration stays open until the tournament starts. If you change your mind, you can unregister and your buy-in is refunded. It is also refunded if the tournament is cancelled or you don't get a seat. If more than 30 players register, the extra entries go to the reserve.

New on the platform

• Poker demo mode: try the table and the interface for free before you put any money in
• Two new formats: Omaha and Short Deck (6+ Hold'em), available at the cash tables next to Hold'em. The tournament itself is No Limit Hold'em

Note: after the freeroll we made a number of improvements based on player feedback. We also dropped the check-in step: all registered players are seated automatically at the start.

If 16:00 UTC does not suit you, tell us which time works better and we will take it into account.

If this format gets a good response, we plan to increase the buy-in to 10 USDT for the next tournament, giving players a chance to compete for a larger prize pool.

Great to hear! Count me in, $5 is reasonable and accessible for most players so hopefully we get a big field. Can we play through Telegram on mobile with no issues? I had some issues using the web version last time so I want to be better prepared for the next one.
For me personally weekdays during the daytime are actually always better because I can play while working, which is pretty much the only time I get some peace and quiet. On weekends I’m usually running around with my kids so it can get a bit complicated at times. But I’ve managed to make it work before so I’m sure I’ll manage again.
Anyway that’s just my own situation since you asked but I’m fine playing whenever you set it up.

Can we play through Telegram on mobile with no issues?

On mobile I'd go with the PWA first, Telegram second, and Telegram works fine too. Desktop is the most comfortable of course. We did fix the web version on phones, but I still wouldn't use it. The tabs and the address bar take a lot of space and there's not much left for the table.

The PWA is easy: the site offers to install it when you open it on your phone, and at the bottom of the How it works page there are steps for both Android and iPhone.

We added a poker demo too, so you can sit at a table first and check that everything works on your phone.

Thanks for the note about time as well, I'm collecting everyone's.

And when you're ready, register in the Tournament tab. The more people sign up, the bigger the prize pool others will see.

I'm planning bigger buy-ins with a guaranteed prize for the next events, so this first one is small on purpose. If you play poker, I'd be glad if you tried it and supported the platform. If you're in, drop a + here.
