Looks like only Garcia is pushing this fight to happen, then there's no official discussion base on the article I shared has been discussed by Mayweather's camp about this plan of Garcia's camp

Most likely this fight will not going to happen again, since I think Mayweather is pretty much serious to defend his no losses record. But if they will sign an agreement that this is an exhibition match. Maybe Mayweather might agree on this planned bout.

First of all, he's already too old. Secondly, I doubt he's willing to risk his 50-0 record. He didn't even want a real rematch against Pacquiao, only an exhibition match.

Same here. What Floyd Mayweather is doing right now is just to attract attention so he could a talking piece in the boxing world but people already knew his true intentions. Against Manny Pacquiao, his chance of winning is greater than fighting a young Ryan Garcia and also the money would be massive if he fight Manny and aside from that he obligation to CSI will be fulfilled if he fights Pacman, that alone could solve his legal and money problems if the rematch with Pacman happens so why the hell is he doing this with Ryan Garcia.

As I remember, Floyd was having a lawsuit because he took money from CSI Sport for fighting Iron Mike. Took money but never fought Tyson. That was the reason why Floyd fight against Mike Zambidis was cancelled. Why he or someone plan other fights if until he fulfils contract with CSI Sport (or return money; btw more than he took), he cant do nothing? Floyd plan to take money for a possible fight against anyone, to repat CSI Sports ?

Floyd Mayweather scored a win in court today, as ESPN reports that a federal judge had knocked down an attempt by promotional company CSI to prevent an exhibition match against Mike Zambidis, as they had filed for a temporary restraining order as part of a breach of contract lawsuit against Mayweather.

The judge indicated CSI, who had planned events with Mayweather for fights against Mike Tyson and Manny Pacquiao, didn’t meet their requirement of demonstrating irreparable harm, which was the threshold required to approve the restraining order against Mayweather.

That's why he manage to acquire more fights. But unfortunately all of it got cancelled for whatever reason.

Never at this point in his career, all his career; he was very careful about who he would fight, he must have a big advantage for him to proceed and with Ryan Garcia, I considered it a high-risk fight. It's just weird though that the Zambidis fight was not push through by Floyd even if the judge says that CSI can't stop it. Maybe Floyd knows though that later it might back fire on him if he goes to fight him prior to Pacquiao and Mike Tyson.

And now this one, perhaps this is just for Floyd to still be relevant and then Ryan just riding the bandwagon so that both of them will take advantage of this news. Regardless, it's better for Ryan to go fight someone or just take a break for this year and wait for the potential clash with Haney.

Fair point. Since to many rumored fight has passed, but there's none of it happen in reality. I think he's serious on defending his no loss record. Then will just agree once the offered fight is just an exhibition match.

Imagine how big the profit he could get if he just agree on those fights. But well I think his ego won't let that to happen, that's why he got so many cancelled fights.

But well maybe if Mayweather got reported to be completely broke, he might agree to deal with those people just for the sake of getting millions of dollars again.

Could he, instead of fighting, start selling property and luxury stuff he has? Sell his boxing promotion? I think he has shares in business or own something. I think he has kids who are old enough to work, the could support their dad For sure he will try to use his boxing fame to get millions, but one day that perk will stop working.

These games should have been completed because the way young people are now interested in boxing, they want to watch the upcoming matches and will not play many matches. Boxing is a very tough fight in which there is a very strong fight from both sides, in which both get missed, but there are many players in it who both hit and defend themselves. If you get hit, you cannot fight. The rest of the matches have not been held at the same time. If these are not official matches like this, we will be missing out on many good matches.
