Ok so here's the dilemma.

If you don't own real estate then you might have to rent. Renting sucks. You pay money and what do you get? Nothing.

On the other hand if you do buy real estate then the wicked "governments" will say ok now you own some private property but in reality it's not private at all. Now you are basically renting from them by paying land tax for all eternity. Also not a great deal necessarily.

As a pacifistic anarchistic agorist I believe "land ownership" is kind of the root of all evil. We shouldn't "territorialize" every square inch of land in the world. You can't really own land - the native americans were right about this. You can claim territory, yes, aggressively, yes but you don't fucking own the land anyway. The land doesn't care squat about you. You can own a gold bar - because you can move it - but you can't own land. Period.

Now this is of course where the wicked "nation states" get their power from - divide and conquer - territorializing all land - make the people fight against each other. We know that. So what's the solution?

How about a workaround? Let's buy some super cheap real estate together, maybe a ruin or an akiya/abandoned home. Let's say we are ten people buying land somewhere near some village somewhere in the world. Alternatively we could sign a long term lease - could be quite simple. We will also implement a zero drugs policy, strictly, which means NO drugs, so no caffeine, no alcohol, no nicotine, no marijuana, no chocolate, no prescription drugs, nil. Otherwise I'm not interested.

So now we have something useful. We have land. And it will be clean and fresh you see because people are not using those damned substances all the time. And it will be safer too.

So we have to think about the practical details. I don't recognize any kind of land ownership. Yet to acquire some legacy land - and liberate it - we need someone in the group to sign the contract. Then we divide the lot into smaller units and take one each. You can put a camping van there or a boat or something. Maybe even a shack or a wigwam.
