Your description of this coin is even enough to stay away from this coin as it seems like it has been a dead project that just currently raised from the graveyard and dusting itself to move on again.
The project owner may have just from the coast or the likelihood of the market waves being pushed the coin besides the stale water.
I rarely buys the Alt coins and as for this demonstrated RSN, related projects are safely treated as gambling and not a reliable source of long term projects.
Any experienced dust coin like that is liable to crash again. So we should be careful while we MAY embrace such project.

Dead shitcoin should remain dead and not be mentioned; many investors suffered financial losses, and since this coin has been dead for 12 years, its concept is already obsolete. The team behind this coin should rebrand it or create a new one that is far better and has a use case that will last and evolve over time.
So far, no coins have survived after being dead for many years, so this one will go down the drain.

So this was a memecoin before meme coins were even a thing, a prototype if you will, in all of its no utility, shitcoin glory, and potential get rich quick scheme.  This should have been left in the graveyard and not resurrected.  I can't see a dead cat bounce here and if so, then those who get rekt absolutely deserve it.

Never seen a project that's dead for good and for a long time come back alive and become successful.

And that's the fate of this project no matter how dedicated and hardworking will they be in promoting it.

They might get some volume and liquidity but that's not going to stay longer, devs might dump some remaining they have.
