I am posting this complaint to bring attention to my unresolved account-lock dispute with BC.Game.

My BC.Game User ID is 47667398.

BC.Game locked my account, but I have not received a clear and consistent explanation that allows me to understand the exact reason for this action.

During my attempts to resolve the matter, different explanations have been mentioned, including multiple accounts, bonus misuse, and shared IP address or payment methods. I am concerned about these changing explanations and would like BC.Game to clarify the specific evidence and policy basis for its decision.

I am not asking anyone to make a decision without reviewing the facts. I am asking for transparency, a fair review, and a clear explanation supported by relevant evidence.

I have already attempted to resolve this matter through the available complaint channels, but it remains unresolved from my perspective.

I invite BC.Game to respond publicly and explain the specific basis for locking my account, including the relevant evidence and applicable terms.
