There are still many ways to send bitcoin without having to use the internt although maybe the way is not as simple as when using the internet but hey need to remember the loss of the internet it is the apocalypse and the possibility is very small when we do not have the internet as a whole at the same time except maybe there are some things that happen its just that im skeptical it's happening right now.

We are so used to the internet and when we go back to that time it was a disaster for all of us,  so I don't want to pretend like this.  When the internet goes away then it isn't only bitcoin that is threatened but all aspects so I guess the internet dies totally catastrophically and for a long time it is difficult it will be for now.

When people already understood about Bitcoin private keys, what needed to broadcast and sign a Bitcoin transaction out of a non custodial wallet, they will feel comfortable when they don't have Internet access and have no concern about safety of their wallet and fund. If they already did right things with wallet download, installation, verification, storage, and backup, they will not feel fearful with Internet outage.

Because private keys are safe, bitcoins are safe in their non custodial wallet, with or without Internet connection. It's important when they understand this basics and can enjoy offline life for a while before Internet is back with normal traffic.

In my country, i lose access to network for several hours and although it pains me to reference it in this situation, that's just how alot of us here are experiencing daily network traffics yet we are still active when it comes to interacting With Bitcoin. I have personally gone at least 2 days no access to network and funny enough, i had data, i also have 2 network providers in my phone but from time to time, i get that network interferencen and it is really frustrating. Regardless, i know whenever i connect back online, i can always access my assets and of course my private keys are kept private, so im certain no matter how long i go offline for any unforeseen circumstances, my assets are always safe when i come back to check it and of course being offline means you will miss out on opportunities that are sometimes time sensitive which it is very bad.

There are tons of projects about mesh networking and local relays for off-grid bitcoin transactions, in a nutshell you're handing over your transactions to courier until it reached internet gateway, eventually it'll be broadcasted on the internet. Even in the worst case scenario that you have no access to the internet you're still able to send your bitcoin and make transactions, how convenient is that? which is the reason why bitcoin is revolutionary piece of tech. However, I don't believe Internet can shutdown uniformly and even if it happens, we could simply wait it out. Satoshi made bitcoin to be very resilient with the decentralized peer to peer system. Even as far as I know, bitcoin technically don't even need Internet to operate if somehow internet ceased from existence.

I guess we're doom and chaos if ever the internet will now disconnect for a view moments tons of businesses, establishments, are operating with the use of the internet now if they get lose with the connection is it's a huge problem So basically we have still our bitcoin into our wallet, in the chain but we can't access that if we dont have an internet, people cant make a transactions so possible the market will become stagnant or passive like no price movement no one can trades their coins.

My Bitcoin sense will tickle, it will tell me to get an eSim or use a offline transaction method, it's not like Bitcoin stops working when the internet is down, you can still send them offline, you can also get eSim or get StarLink internet to fix your problem, don't forget that if your internet is down it's the problem of your own country and other countries will have their internet running, US doesn't share the same internet connection with England.
