in my opinion no, this is a moment in which now more than ever it is necessary to get to that point, the decentralization of everything, and it is essential to have it now, when the world is in crisis now more than ever, it is in a moment in which there is nothing to do other than to hide one's possessions, the KYC is the least correct choice in the world in my opinion.
And I’d choose decentralization over and over again if I’m given the option, but what we are talking about here is would others also do the same? Many people are already used to the new trend now as well as the little benefits that comes with it, so going to the old fashioned way might not really be as easy as you think you know, it might require some serious effort of showing them beyond all reasonable doubt how much decentralization in the gambling sector posses even more benefits than the current centralized system.

but I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Do you think Web3 will help the decentralized space survive, or will everything just move toward full regulation and centralization?
Both sides have some pros and cons i mean regulations no doubt protect users from unnecessary scams and money laundering and other unfair activities . Also there will be always some people that prefer privacy and some want freedom as well even there are some people who doesn't want kyc because they get uncomfortable with sharing official documents. Also about web3 in my perspective on some sort web3 will help but it doesn't like every single project will be decentralized.

I’d prefer to stay on the decentralized side, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Do you think Web3 will help the decentralized space survive, or will everything just move toward full regulation and centralization?

Everyone will want to be on that side, but the odds of that happening is very minimal. They have the control more than us and if they put down such rules, it is just a matter of time before people switch there and act as if nothing happened. The one who rebels will be tagged illegal and will face scrutiny for that.

The decentralized ones are also not all reputable, when you find one, they have something to doubt them about and cannot help recover loss funds when faced with such in an illegal means from them. I am sorry to say, even Web3 can’t help to remain decentralized.
