When a newbie comes and asks for a loan and is not offering any collateral, they often get tagged. Everyone in their right mind should know that asking for that kind of trust is not very rational from the reader's point of view, and when it is not very rational, it might be ill-intended. Experience showed that this goes wrong literally every time. That is why swapping services these days often have to pay a collateral upfront if they want to gain any sort of upfront trust here.

The super user question is very valid, and if I get this right you are a centralized service? I didn't read the whole thing, but you are asking people to deposit money on your platform.
