And to be fair, your position is somewhat understandable considering that you are the campaign manager for BiggerZ on this forum. But that is also exactly why your response does not look particularly impartial.
You are correct, and that's something I have to acknowledge. Usually, I don't spend much time on the Scam Accusations board unless a campaign I'm managing becomes the subject of an accusation.

However, when an accusation is backed by sufficient evidence, I don't hesitate to take appropriate action, even if that means leaving negative feedback or supporting a flag against a project I've worked with. As far as I can remember, the most recent example was Lizex, where I left a red tag and supported a Type 3 flag.

I hate tagging businesses, but I hate scammers more. I hope this team does not make me regret the decision to change the tag.
For the record, I saw your post just as I had finished writing my earlier response and clicked the Post button. After posting, I checked their feedback page, read your red tag, and shared it with the team as well. I also noticed AHOYBRAUSE's feedback.

I think once the Casino Guru case is reopened and reassessed, and a conclusive decision is reached, we will have a better understanding of the situation.

Nobody likes scammers, and I certainly don't want to see anyone getting scammed. However, as a campaign manager, or even as an ordinary forum member with a sense of responsibility, I believe I should take my time to carefully evaluate the available evidence before reaching conclusions. I need to be mindful that a premature or incorrect judgment on my part could potentially cause financial harm to others.

That doesn't mean ignoring warning signs or giving anyone a free pass. It simply means making sure my decisions are fair, and well-informed. After all, my responsibility is not only to protect people from potential scammers but also to avoid unfairly harming legitimate businesses.

Stop talking bullshits. Everyone can see that this casino is a scam. Their excuses are just as ridiculous as yours. It’s obvious that you’re just looking to pocket some cash for a week of work.
You won’t last any longer than that - want to make a bet that right after end of this week campaign you will close it?
