This made me wonder, is there such a thing as a trader who has never been wrong? Does that even exist? Is this a form of insider trading or are certain persons so rich that they get access to tools and information that the general public aren't privileged to?

As for me I don't think I can believe on this because everyone is prone to making mistake in crypto trading or investment, therefore we should not allow someone to deceive us that they are professionals that always avoid losing upon any trade they are taking.

You should also be careful with those with so-called influencers because they may be saying all this in order to motivate us to trust them and subscribe to their channels for other trading tricks, everything we see them claim are not actually the achievement they made, we have to understand the real situation with anything that has to do with cryptocurrency trading and the risk attached.

in my opinion , there is no trade ( trading ) that is never wrong even the largest financial institutions such as investment banks, hedge funds, or professional traders can experience losses . it is caused by several factors such as demand and supply are always changing, Central interest rate policy is changing, inflation and global liquidity, investors are changing psychologically and behavior, even geopolitical news can be the cause.

Losing in trading is not because of a mistake, every trade by a trader is analyzed from their best of knowledge, sometimes it happens that they predict wrongly, it is difficult to predict the market accurately most of the time. I also don't agree that a trader has never been wrong, i always have doubts for any information i see on the internet, a lot about it might be false.

What do you think?
What I think is that they aren’t always right. They can be wrong because they, too, make mistakes when they believe they’re right based on their knowledge. Money can determine what you want, but not everything, because there are limitations.
If they were able to use all the money they have, we’d already see how quiet the market would be.
Those trading shows that make them look great are just for show. The failures they experience are never shown at all. In my opinion, the audience is only shown the results, not the process.

Even as some whales can be very accurate because of the tools and edge that have, they still go wrong sometimes, I've made researches about these institutions or whales and I got to understand that they are also not a 100% perfect as well, and as a matter of fact they still hit losses, so I don't think there is anything ine what will always have a perfect prediction, although he his wins coul be pretty highe but there is no perfection regardless.

The notion of a whale never going wrong is completely incorrect, because any trader has never made a mistake.
If they observe why the whale is never wrong because the whales have set the trend in such a way that people are affected when they put a long or short, this will be an indicator for their followers that when the whales are indeed long then what is done is an alarm to do long as well so that it looks like the whales are always right, even though they are retail traders who follow the whales blindly.

Don't just look at the profits of whales, there are many disadvantages that they do not disclose and of course they do not want to reveal so that the view as Whales who are never wrong becomes stronger.

Mistakes and losses are inevitable. In trading.
Because the whale has not lost or made a mistake before doesn't mean he won't someday. And if he does, it doesn't stop him from being professional.
We have people very good at trading. There aren't many in the world.

Is this a form of insider trading or are certain persons so rich that they get access to tools and information that the general public aren't privileged to?

What do you think?

I don't support the belief in insider trading in the stock market. For the crypto market, some coins are controlled by the developer. This means they can be manipulated, and insider trading can happen. That is not the case in the stock market. It's a rare phenomenon.

While discussing amount friends, one among us who is always updated (up to the minute) on fundamentals and economic news made a statement that "a whale who has never been wrong just placed a long on BTC and ETH" apparently, this billionaire has never been wrong in all the times my friend has been watching his trades.

This made me wonder, is there such a thing as a trader who has never been wrong? Does that even exist? Is this a form of insider trading or are certain persons so rich that they get access to tools and information that the general public aren't privileged to?
Your friend must have joked to you or might be tricking you to get involved with bitcoin/ETH trading. Because, if anyone had taken long just 4 or 5 days back when bitcoin market was trading above $80k price level, right now bitcoin is trading just above $78k level and it was around $77k level yesterday and today before yesterday after the news of binance hack. So, if you are sharing immediately after your friend talked about that whale, that long position must be in negative right now or might have liquidated due to margin call.

In my long experience with trading, I can bet that no one could be an all time winner against any market. Moreover, active traders are simply losers unless otherwise they know to manipulate which is non-ethical and should not be taken as an example to attain.

No matter how big a whale or influential person is, there is no one who has not made a mistake, but at least once he has made some mistakes and learned from them. However, it is true that usually big investors can gain some advantage over small investors, they can analyze much better using their advanced research and advanced technology. However, not all advantages give investors the right direction for the future, but they face mistakes in any way. However, if a person knows in advance that a big company is announcing the purchase of a certain cryptocurrency and that person knows that undisclosed information in advance, then he can take a position, and according to that situation, it can fall under insider trading. However, we know that big whales can be followed but they should not be trusted blindly, rather some of their predictions can be relied on but not always. However, we should not believe that there is a billionaire investor who has never made a mistake, rather it is not right, everyone makes mistakes but there are many who do not want to disclose them.

Everyone has made mistakes at some point and learned from them, regardless of how big or powerful they are. It is true, though, that large investors typically have a slight advantage over small investors due to their superior research and technological capabilities. But not all benefits provide investors with the best course for the future, and they still make mistakes.

However, if someone knows ahead of time that a large corporation is announcing the acquisition of a particular cryptocurrency and they are aware of this undisclosed information, they may take a position, which may be considered insider trading. We are aware that large whales can be tracked, but we shouldn't blindly trust them. While some of their forecasts can be trusted, this isn't always the case. It is incorrect to think that a billionaire investor has never made a mistake; everyone makes mistakes, but many choose not to share them.

We all have made mistakes because mistakes are bound to occur in this cryptocurrency ecosystem and during our early stages and experience stages we still make mistakes and responsible people take corrections and learn from that mistakes but irresponsible people and big holders don’t care about learning from their mistakes or even looking out to find the faculties at all. As we make mistakes we learn from it so we could make progressive changes and head towards success and about this whale we shouldn’t always get to relied to their announcement or their trackings that much because at times it might end up being a trap.

Nobody is above mistakes, it doesn't matter your experiences in trading so far you don't have a total control over the market you are bound to lose sometimes, your level of experience in the market can help you to minimize loses to the lowest level but not to eliminate loses. I don't believe everything that I hear on social media, influencers and some so called whales can be manipulative, they will always show you what will portray them as being successful most of the time in their trades, they wouldn't show you their immense loses.

There are too many misleadings when it comes to trading, a lot of content creators makes it look as if trading is easy but most of us knows that it a lie, trading is hard and risky. Trading is not for everybody, if you cannot trade accumulate and hold Bitcoin for many years and be ready for profits without much risks like trading.

Even whales make mistakes. The thing is, if a whale makes a mistake, just one good move is enough for them to recover that loss and come out with a profit. This is very different from my case, because if I make a mistake in a trade, I try to win the second trade to recover and secure a profit. If I don't achieve that with my second attempt, I go for my third and final option. If I win, I come out ahead; if I lose, it means I shouldn't trade anymore for the day—it means I need to stop, review my strategy, and see where I'm failing.

If a major institution announces that they are going to buy, you have to pay close attention. For example, if it's someone like Saylor, then you should try to buy BTC as well, because the goal is to buy alongside the big players and sell when they sell. Of course, this applies strictly to short-term trading; long-term investing is another matter entirely.
