Asian exchanges often use Udesk for customer communication. For example: MGBX, BiKing, BitxEX, Huobi.
Companies embed its widgets and scripts on their websites so users can contact support directly from the page. Compromising this communication method is dangerous because malicious code can steal data and spoof addresses.
