Welcome to the forum. Since you are no KYC, how do you regulate suspected abuse from players? Your ANN presentation should carry more details about your casino, it looks empty with just an image.

noKYC is actually better for this forum but the problem here is not with features or privacy the problem is trust. Many new casinos have come to this forum and left after scamming users so people will not easily trust a new casino.
If you have really come to stay in this casino industry for many years I recommend keeping some funds in escrow/insurance with someone reputable so that people do not have to worry about being scammed again.
Trust starts from somewhere, and you need to earn it. I don't think any casino will escrow funds with a forum member just for you to trust them because that doesn't prove anything. They can escrow funds and still pull an exit scam. Just relax and watch how they will play their card. It's a no KYC casino doesn't mean that they're here to scam anyone. It's not that I'm in support of the casino because I also don't like using the NoKYC banner to lure gamblers who love privacy to use their casino.

You've got it right: casinos with a licence have to run KYC, because the licence comes with AML rules. That's why so many "no KYC" sites still ask for your passport on the first big withdrawal. We don't have a licence, and we say it straight. So there's no regulator rule forcing docs on you, and nothing to quietly switch on later. Whether you can play from your country is on your local law, same as with any offshore site.
Good to see your terms and the same title, not asking for the KYC. So welcome to the forum, probably for forum users looking for such a gambling platform. I understand you aren’t under any regular license, but is there any chance you are forced to follow the regular form where you are operating your platform? Hope you will remain on no KYC platform, and from the beginning you are advertising it. It seems you don’t have many offers for users. What are your marketing plans to attract more gamblers? Especially on the forum, there are a lot of real gamblers; you should have a plan to draw attention to forum users.

Welcome to bitcointalk forum, OVERDOG. I like the way you guys are starting, even it more good that you don't follow the typical NO KYC words you follow the the actual no kyc. Anyway, I still have some questions like, is there any extra purpose for giving the Export wallet key feature? Because as far as I understand, having a wallet key, it doesn't mean the user can go to other apps and import that wallet and make transactions with it. So is there any extra purpose for giving users an Export wallet key?

Usually, it is not that easy to maintain anonymity by building reputation overtime. Those privacy casinos are the one we look for often, and they can easily compete in a market leaded by centralization. But the key is how to ensure continuity and not yielding to regulation pressures. Honestly speaking, I really wish Overdog to be the kind of service we were always looking for in terms of privacy and security. I have really enjoyed reading the TOS which keep confirming that Overdog will not ask for KYC under all circumstances. But it is always wiser to keep watching its performance in the long run.

offering $5 in free funds to let members test their sites No free funds, but you don't need any to test it: every casino game runs in demo with no account, and real bets start at $0.01. Since you are no KYC, how do you regulate suspected abuse from players? There's not much to abuse. No free credits, no deposit bonus, no bonus balance. Rakeback is a share of the house edge on bets you actually place, so it's always smaller than the edge you play against. is there any chance you are forced to follow the regular form where you are operating your platform? If the rules ever changed for us, it would show up in the ToS and here before it applies, not on someone's withdrawal. For the forum: a signature campaign is on the way, and every new player gets 20% cash rakeback for the first 30 days, no wagering. is there any extra purpose for giving the Export wallet key feature? There is. The key is the on-chain owner of your wallet. Import it into MetaMask, connect on polymarket.com, and the same wallet with your balance is there: you can withdraw straight from Polymarket, without us. In a wallet app on its own it shows an empty account, because the funds sit at the Polymarket wallet address, not at the key's own address.

So the bottom line is you think with no bonus as you mentioned then the abuse will be smaller? I also saw the promotion you offer about "combos" but I haven't read the whole thing because the text is too long, so it's a bit difficult to understand, it's obviously different like bonuses from BetBy providers. Because the sports bookmaker leads to the Polymarket so I have to understand a little, the problem is not the players there.

So the bottom line is you think with no bonus as you mentioned then the abuse will be smaller? Pretty much. Abuse usually means farming a bonus, and there's no bonus balance here to farm. Combos in short: pick 3 or more legs and you get extra winnings on the payout, from +4% on 3 legs up to +34% on 10. Every account gets three boosted combos, and the extra is paid as cash.

What about abusing bugs or the other things that could cause the winnings to be forfeited/voided(I checked your ToS)? Also, I'm curious if you guys will ever be open to ADR? I mean, if a gambler complains and doesn't agree with your decision to forfeit/void their winnings, are you open to a mediator to check the evidence you have against the gambler?

I recommend keeping some funds in escrow/insurance with someone reputable Trust gets earned over time, no argument there. Our take is simpler: the safest money is money that isn't sitting with a casino. Withdrawals have no hold and no approval step, the median lands in 53 seconds, so there's no reason to park a balance with us. Keep on any site only what you're playing with, us included. Actually this is what I like, no additional step from a team to check their players withdrawal process. Sometimes I just withdraw small amounts in other casinos but the team take extra verification to release my funds which took few hours to do it. But how can you so confidence that your players won't witdraw something that they got by exploiting a bug maybe? Or you let the system take care of it. Gonna give it a try, especially your sportsbook when the big tournament starts. Welcome to the forum btw

What about abusing bugs or the other things that could cause the winnings to be forfeited/voided(I checked your ToS)?
Also, I'm curious if you guys will ever be open to ADR? Voids are narrow and only happen on the casino side: a result that doesn't reproduce from the fairness record, a bet that went through because of a bug in a game or a limit, or breaking the rules, like farming promos with several accounts. A voided bet gets its stake back. Sports bets aren't part of it: they're Polymarket orders and settle on its oracle. On disputes: for a casino result the evidence is the round itself, the server seed, client seed and nonce, and anyone can recompute it in the browser, a mediator included. So if a player disagrees with a void, bring it here and we'll go through it in public with the round data. But how can you so confidence that your players won't witdraw something that they got by exploiting a bug maybe? Or you let the system take care of it. That's handled on the casino side. Every payout from the casino to the wallet is re-checked against the fairness record first, automatically. Once money is in the wallet, we don't hold it or review it. Thanks, and good luck when the tournament starts.

could you PM me or please check into deposits not showing up into players balance for player: @hothound46 We found both of your deposits. They're still on your deposit addresses, untouched. The Polymarket official bridge that converts incoming coins has picked them up and is holding them for a check on its side. That happens now and then with a single transfer. Everyone else's deposits are going through as normal. To get it moving we'll need a few details from you that don't belong in a public thread. Message us on Telegram @overdog_k or email m@overdog.bet and we'll walk you through it. Until then, don't send another deposit. It would go to the same addresses and wait the same way.

I guess the only point to this site is if players cannot access Polymarket for some reason due to which they could use this as a proper alternative provided they pay out properly without resorting to scammy tactics. Just a link to Polymarket doesn't guarantee legitimacy.
Personally, I still use Polymarket regularly without any major issues which is why I won't be playing here. Curious to see whether this site turns out to be legit or not down the line.

I am not saying that escrow automatically makes a casino trustworthy or that all new casinos come to scam others. If everyone trust a casino that does not also prove that the casino can never scam. Where a transaction involve money it is important to have a mean through which the money can be recovered even if something goes wrong. Why would you invest in a platform where there is no insurance, no government involvement and they can take your money whenever they want? Nobody can stop them and there is no way to get your funds back. Building trust is an easy task for a casino. If a casino maintains its services properly people will trust it but the problem occurs when they disappear. At that time if there is something in the form of insurance then even if they disappear users will be able to recover at least some amount of their funds. I am not blaming any casino. People will decide on their own which one is good for them and which one is bad for them. I thought implementing this escrow thing would be much better so that's why I said it.

There are few things that gets me attracted to the site, first Is the prediction market, two sports betting and thirdly is that of No kyc casino. Usually, people really cared about their privacies and they wouldn't want to be too open revealing their identity while gambling. So, this could also boost the gambling site.

Welcome to bitcointalk. This casino looks interesting because there is no central bookmakers, and I will have to check if no kyc statement is really true or not. Being based on Polymarket is a a good idea, but I saw many contradictory odds on that platform, mostly in politics and elections. I will register in Overdog for basic testing, and I will report my feedback soon.
