Hey guys,

I deposit few days ago and won small amount of money.
The problem start on withdraws , they dont let you withdraw and they say  that their payment service provider (PSP) is currently experiencing technical difficulties but they never fix it.
I am waiting already 12 days and they give same answer every time i ask, their live chat doesnt work ,only email support.

Any chance you can provide evidence supporting your claims? I'm not saying that you are lying or anything, but it's always better to have evidence when making an accusation. I looked for them here on the forum, and there is a thread about them here, but the poster of the thread never replied to any of the responses they got, so I don't think you'll get a response from them here.

If you haven't yet, you could try posting this on casino.guru, I just checked, and they are listed there, but their rating is extremely low(1.2/10)

It takes a lot of courage to use this casino. I say this because the casino’s representative created an account on this forum on August 22, 2025, and then posted a very poor announcement thread it looked like just an ordinary, casual post. They didn’t respond to anyone, nor did they improve the thread even after several users suggested they should. They only ever made that one single post; clearly, this was a major red flag a sign to stay far away from this casino.

Just think about it: if you were running a legitimate casino business, would you create such a sloppy, vague announcement thread on this forum, like the one from the representative of spartans.com? Of course not. You would think, "I need long-term customers, and I need my casino to be respected" and consequently, you would respond to every comment and put together a proper, well crafted announcement thread.

They haven’t responded to anything not even to the people who accused them of being a scam back in March 2026. In other words, that money is gone for good. You could have avoided losing your money permanently if you had just taken 10 minutes to search for this casino on Google before creating an account. They don’t even visit this forum anymore they only ever made a single post and they’ve never responded to anyone on Trustpilot. It’s obvious that they are scammers.

yet deposits are working just fine (tell me it's an exit scam without telling me it's an exit scam).

i'm sorry OP, but i would consider that money gone.
you are lucky the amount was small.

red flags were there months ago, the owner (Gurhan Kiziloz) was a serial scammer, but some people decided to ignore them and take the risk. i'm actually dumbfounded that anyone was still playing on spartans for them to scam.

i even warned about them at the time:

i would avoid spartans.com like the plague.
if you want to gamble, there are much better safe and reputable casinos out there.

Then that shows they have already did the plan. If they have worked well in the past and now it turns out that they're delaying the withdrawals and keeps on reasoning about some PSP issues with your small amount, there's no hope anymore in it. And glad that you posted them here so if some other people are enticed to gamble there, and hesitates then the result of their search from this thread might appear on them.

Im the one that’s in the pic you provided,its currently day 37 without recieving my withdrawal, support keeps blaming payment providers, ever since support on site has shut down you can only send emails, also their hot wallet are drained, when i first started using this website everything was fine, but it happens to the best of us -2.3k + spartans haven’t replied to my casino guru case for 16 days so far. Clearly an exit

Just because it worked for the first time doesn't mean it will always be the same. They may probably be waiting for you to first deposit or win a huge amount before the deny you the withdrawals.
I am just wondering why you would use much more reputable casinos that have been around for a long time

Honestly, I really hate it when people come to make a scam accusations on this section without them coming with a solid evidence, such as screenshots of their chats, screenshots of their problems and the site interface that truly displays everything.
If I may know, where did you happened to know about this site because I have never came across this site, maybe I do not mind saying that it is me that has never came across to this site.

Just curious, since when was their hot wallet drained?

To be honest, them saying their payment service provider is experiencing issues for that long is just an excuse. I'm guessing they are either planning an exit scam or they are just out of funds to pay their gamblers, and are hoping you guys will gamble your funds and lose, because there is no way their payment provider is having that kind of issue for that long.
