Who do you have a problem with, the exchange supposedly holding your funds, which by the way you are yet to name. Or where this said exchange is listed. Since this is the scam accusation board, i would expect the topic to be about the exchange you claim seized your funds.
So my question is: is it normal for a listing to keep an exchange that has been holding a client's funds for 5 months, completely ignoring the client, and at the same time advertising itself as "No KYC"?
You'd have to provide more information on what has happened between you and the both parties. There are a few reasons why the exchange aggregator may not act upon your request. And without going into multiple reasons, i guess the exact one is because you haven't provided suitable evidence of what happened, and it is prolly only your words, just as you have done in this thread.
You are right. I will name them.
The exchange is GhostSwap.io. The listing platform that knows about this is OrangeFren.com.
I am on good terms with OrangeFren.com, they tell me they maintain contact with GS, but GS has not responded to me for a long time.
Here is the full story:
I sent 20.5 ETH to GhostSwap on May 24, 2026. The swap was blocked. Exchange ID: r6gfns7qebjs43e4.
That day, I sent four transactions from the same source. Three went through. Only the third was blocked.
Since mid-September 2026, GhostSwap has completely stopped responding to me. No email, no chat, no Telegram.
I warned OrangeFren about this several times. But they still keep GhostSwap in their listing.
The full thread about my case is here:

GS has many fake reviews, which people like me can also fall for:
