I am the founder of Voices (VCS). This thread introduces the project, its current limitations, and public reference links.
What is Voices?Voices is an independent, nonpartisan experimental project associated with research into digital democracy. VCS is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain; its contract was deployed on March 14, 2024.
The concept is exploratory. There is currently no completed election or voting service. Holding VCS does not confer an official voting credential or a right to participate in public elections. The project has no integration with government electoral systems. No investment returns or future utility are promised.

The preliminary supply calculation used a founder balance of 376,276,992 VCS, leaving 23,723,008 VCS outside that wallet. Update, October 28, 2026: a separate 10,000,000 VCS holder has not yet been classified. Candidate circulating estimates are 23,723,008 VCS if that holder is independent and unrestricted, or 13,723,008 VCS if project-controlled/non-circulating. Neither estimate is independently verified; other exclusions may apply. No technical lock is claimed without evidence. This indicates substantial founder concentration. The figure outside the founder wallet is not an independently verified circulating supply and does not establish liquidity or market value.
