The world can never be fair, that's why we have good and evil, it's just for you to choose the side that befits you, but with the look of things, it's obvious that evil has taken a better part of the world, that's why, things like greed, deceit, betrayal, hypocrisy etc, is common in today's world, and there's nothing anyone can do about it, because the rates in which evil grows in today's world is something none should be surprise of, and it seems that same evil is even more beneficial than good that's why you see both old and young going into it, but I really think it's at their own risk, because in every sin or crime there's always a punishment for it, both physical and spiritual.

Everyone here is giving the thoughts of how world is fair but your context is about the distribution of resources, yes it's somehow connected but what's the whole point? and this world will always have that inequality to all people, from businesses, to individuals, religions, we're all divided and seeing that we come into unison is not going to happen because every leader wants power, money and influence.

The truth is that people or nations become richer when others become poorer. The reason why developed countries are making more money is that developing countries are becoming poorer. Industrialized nations would do everything they can to make other nations unindustrialized so that they can depend on them for goods and services. The rich men in our country want people to be poor so that they can work for them and earn little. Because people are never contented, even when they are already at the top, they never stop and keep aiming for more until they forget that they've already become greedy. And that greediness is the reason why the world is not fair, because the rich get richer while the poor get poorer. I think there's no hope unless the world ends and we start all over again.

The reason why people tend to aim for a new chapter after achieving some level of success is due to the natural human nature and not necessarily greed, you can't say you wouldn't obtain a masters degree because you are contented with a bachelors degree, that's the law of nature because nature aborts vacuum, no matter the level anyone may have attained, there is always another level to reach hence going forward may not actually bring about fulfilment or contentment but it helps you to grow.

Wealth is dynamic, it does not stay in one place. If you have a lot of wealth now, your wealth will increase or decrease after 10 years as a result of the actions you take. If you can ensure the proper use of wealth and increase your income, you will be able to live comfortably and even your children will enjoy the wealth you leave behind. If your children are not hardworking and unable to maintain wealth, they will not be able to sustain the wealth you leave behind for long. They will lose that wealth and become poor.

Well said. I think OP is too focused on crook individuals who are making quick fortune by prejudicing others, but he is observing only short term effects which seem positive and benefical for those individuals, while neglecting long term ones.

What you mentioned totally applies on long term. It's easy to get rich quickly by doing wrong things (by being unfair), but what really matters is the ability of the individual to maintain and grow that wealth along the years and decades. Something which can only be done by those who appreciate value, hard work and consideration for people around.

I cannot agree with your last point. How can everything be best as it is?It is true that talent and hard work will create a natural difference in wealth. However, the major disparity that exists in today’s economic structure is primarily a result of abuse of power and law by certain individuals. It is true that the poor do cultivate crops but at the end of the day, most of the profit goes to the middlemen, I mean broker. So, I would say it is essential that we ensure equality of opportunity and a just system of justice for everyone rather than arguing that the poor need the patronage of the rich. There will always be fluctuations in the economy however, there should not be any discrimination.

The sooner we realize that all fingers are not equal, and that there's a class for everyone in society, the better for everyone.

On my view, yes the world is not a fair place, because each of us evaluates using our own set of criteria. Even within theological concepts, it is depicted that nothing in this world is truly fair. The phrase God does not sleep, shows that only God can provide perfect justice. In my opinion, the fact that the world is unfair is not something that needs to be complained about, because that is the reality, and it is simply in human nature to complain. I've seen broke and poor people confront issues they ought to have been scared of.
