If I were to be honest, for most people, holding is usually the better option.
Yes, indeed, trading could make you some good money, but it also comes with so much tension...

What has worked for me though is holding most of it, and only trading some small amounts that I’m comfortable losing.

I’d advice beginners to completely stay away from leverage trading. That’s where most people get burned. Just my 2 cents though…

Both trading and holding are profitable and each of them have their own risk and tensions too. Trading alone doesn’t come with tension but even investing comes with tension especially for those new investors who haven’t had much experience from the market they always feel tension and gets scared when ever the market begins to drops and not follow up with their expectations.
But many people consider and prefer holding more than trading due to the risk trading holds and how easily we can make money and still lose that same money if we are not being careful.

The question is not how, but when

The answer is in the reports, trading is not what that gives money to people. The big men know what they will do to take your money from you is what I think trading is. Also those that are holding good asset will take the money from most traders after doing less work.

It can be stock or bitcoin or a commodity, just do not fear when their prices are down, it is the best time to buy them.

I have seen duel investment before but I have not gone for it before because of the huge ROI which makes it look suspicious to me.
Both options are risky, but trading carries more. You could even be skilled and have deep knowledge on trading, but you could still be making losses. Trading stock on the short term has alot of volatility and trying to take advantage of it doesn't usually end well. Some traders might make mistake of selling low and buying at higher price. Holding Bitcoin for the long has more return  potential than Trading, although the profit might not be  as much as traders own , but at least it helps in removing the pressure of  constant monitoring of the market. Holding remove the act of FOMO and greed, which is you need to have a very strong mentality to be patient.
