I’m a new gambler and i wanted to start with something safe like free offers no deposit bonuses, free spins, free bets or risk free deals before putting much of my own money My older brother was into this few years ago and back then you could get $100 no deposit bonuses or even higher once just for signing up, and with low wagering but it's not the same today those big free cash offers from reputable casinos are gone and most of what I can find are small free spins or $5 in chips with high wagering and tight max cashouts next to impossible to wager.I looked at the actual terms of a few current offers to see which ones are realistically the easiest to get something out of them and from what I can see, pure no deposit free cash bigger than $20 is rare now. Most of such offers come with heavy wagering and low max cash outs like stake with x40 wagering and Slotland casino with x25 wager.I found also Cloudbet $20 risk free bet, idk but it seems like it's the cleaner one I found. Available to existing players too and doesn’t lock you into high wagering on the free bet itself. so is it a good strategy to follow, or am I missing some better options? Most casino bonuses are pretty trash TBH. Like you said x20+ wager requirements and max bet limits that make it super hard to complete, then it's tied to a max cashout. Honestly the best way to play is to just deposit and screw taking a bonus. I'll take a bonus to try a casino out knowing I will lose my little depo, but if I am depositing $100 or more I would rather just rely on my own luck and money.

To an extent I’ll say it’s not the casino’s fault that they no longer give most of those bonuses to regular gamblers, because of some experience they have had during their time giving out those bonuses. And one of these experiences which I am aware of is users abusing these bonuses. When the bonus is open to everyone it is easy for people to sign up different accounts just so they can claim these bonuses and abuse them, and casinos have strict rule with having just one account per person.
However some of these bonuses are now available for only VIP members, those who have had lots of real time sessions with huge wagers, this is possibly the only way casinos can control bonus abuse.

What I don't like putting difficult conditions on bonuses that come deposit or wagerred amount. These bonuses should not be impossible to redeem beause they are not just given free but are rewards for efforts and contribution to the casino.

In either case, I think bonuses should be fair, deposit bonuses or from loyalty programs. It should be, people register on some casinos because of these bonuses. Not making the terms to it fair is just being deceitful and taking the opportunity from gamblers to chose righty on what casinos to gamble on.

The only thing that works with casinos is a hit and run. Taking advantage of any welcome bonuses while making sure you can actually profit from them and they don't have ridiculous requirements you will be unable to beat. If you can squeeze a small profit out of those bonuses, see if any free games are on offer and try to cash out. Decent sites will let you leave with the money without any issues, but many - especially crypto - will throw up every blocker possible to prevent you withdrawing. After you've done the initial welcome bonuses if you're lucky you might get a trickle of much smaller promos like 5 free spins, but those are unlikely to be very lucrative and will be spread out. Beyond that, you're simply not going to make a profit long term by playing casino games because every single one is engineered to the have a house advantage. There's no way to beat the statistics and it's how casinos post mega profits year after year, because people think they can beat the system. Crypto sites in my experience are nowhere near as generous as fiat currency sites when it comes to sign up bonuses.

From a casino standpoint. It's not good business to idea to have risk free bonus deals. If they were dealing with just potential players who are ready to deposit more will allow it. But there are too many bonus abusers who will try to use it multiple times and never actually deposit. If the casino tries to get too strict with who can access it, they run the risk of keeping out real players too.

If you follow the socials of some casinos you can get risk free bonuses. We get some on the forum too when new casinos join in..

More reason why I’d rather just gamble with my own money, even if it’s just a small amount, it should do just fine and okay to test out the casino, and at least I know that the conditions when I’m betting with my own money would be way more favorable compared to when I attempt using some risk free or no deposit bonus. The casino would try to make it difficult for you to actually win any reasonable amount or any amount at all. And even if you manage to win, the requirements or rules might not make easy for you to actually make any reasonable withdrawals.

What do you mean by risk free bet?
Does risk free mean that if I lose my bet, they will refund full $20 in cash? Or will they provide bonus credit?
And if it's winning bet, can entire payout including original stake be withdrawn?
Judging by what you've said, that's exactly what it seems like to me.

Anyway, to claim any sign up bonus, you shouldn't place any bet that you wouldn't have made without that bonus. Opening any new account and making any additional deposit for the sake of bonus only make sense if you really intend to use that casino and have fully understood their terms.

Yes, the kind of substantial no deposit cash offer that existed back in your brother's day have truly all but vanished now. I consider 20x to 40x to be normal requirement. And if it's 50x or more, I always avoid that offer.

Instead of chasing any bonus amount, I would suggest that if you come across clean bonus, you might want to give it a try. Since you are new gambler, never consider no deposit bonus hunting as your strategy. These are essentially marketing tools and entertainment, they are not any guaranteed source of income. I’ve always lived by a rule when it comes to casino bonuses that before I accept one I must read the times and conditions thoroughly. In the terms and conditions, the detailed conditions for which the bonus is being given out will be spelt out there. A casino which doesn’t do that is already a fraudulent one. But most casinos do the only thing is that players fail to read them. Just as one user already recommended I strongly support that you should look to the games around board for bonuses being offered by casinos and you can ask your questions about that and get feedback both from the casino rep and from all those who have participated in those bonuses.

You got my point perfectly well because if all the bonuses are as easy as that, some casinos will have serious problems. Just picture a situation where hundreds of thousands of customers got bonuses with easy condition to meet, that might lead to serious troubles for the casino because the winning will be massive. This is unlike loyalty bonuses which come as a result of the player's contribution to the casino.

Even if your argument is valid that all bonuses should be fair, I don't think we should complain much when there are little differences in the condition for different kinds of bonuses.

I am afraid what you have experience and encounter when comes to gambling bonuses on crypto casinos has become the standard of this industry since a while ago.
That is one of the reasons I have given up on bonuses and learnt that it is better just to gamble with my money. It used to be different before but those days are no more.

You are free to seek options, but beware of scams. There are many fake casinos which prey on people like you who seek better bonuses, and end up out right stealing your deposit.

Yes, free bonuses in gambling do not cost us nothing but they always have hidden conditions, behavioral and financial traps that if we are not cautious enough, we will end up spending an amount that we never have imagined spending into.

However, still its not a do or die, and the casino is not forcing us, its still up to us if we will bite or ignore the offer, but casino bonuses are set as traps to hook players and may end up chasing losses with our own money.

Generally, casinos offering free bonus comes with a lot of condition as usual. Talking about when casinos don’t mind the benefit in return after offering a bonus is kind of strange, ever since casinos do double wagering requirement after a deposit bonus, free spins, free bets.
