I would just like to make an observation about your comparison about 25x or 40x wagering requirements, because it is not enough to simply choose the lower multiplier.... you need know what amount it applies to, which games or bets is qualify for this bonus, whether there is also a time limit to meet requirements and whether there is a deadline for withdrawing it.

Honestly I gave up in chasing bonuses after I have lost too good sum of moneys over chasing free spins and bonus with all the ugly experience had when I newly began to gamble.

it is not worth it anymore hence do not bother trying because most bouses are trash and you will have difficult requirements to meet and the money is not free any more. Better to use your own money and gamble so that you can enjoy the game that you are playing and when you make a profit then the money you win will be appreciated and not too small to celebrate. I for now dont pursue bonuses as a goal because as you said sometimes chasing bonuses does not become a thing that is worth it even though the risk is greater to lose.

For me this is not the safe start. Once you chase the bonus you start raising bets just to finish the wagering, then the house wins. Better a small deposit of your own money and a hard stop.
