Good luck looking for such bonuses, because they are quite rare these days. I guess the best chance you have is to look for small and brand new casinos which need to trigger the interest from potential gamblers, so they might be more generous on their initial offers. Just make sure to go for the free offers which don't demand money from you in counterpart, so you avoid the risk of being scammed.

No, there are enough casinos which are still generous on offering bonuses and looking to expand their business and userbase regardless of where bitcoin is trading today nor how popular crypto is. If you meant, that those highly established casinos and their bonuses then I agree but crypto gambling industry is too big and you can find and enjoy same old days for availing bonuses. But, fulfilling wagering requirements and becoming eligible for withdrawing are highly subjective and we cannot draw any common opinion on that.

If a casino gives you no deposit bonus, then whatever condition they give is fair because its a free money, no risk to you. Most bonuses are either too small, come with wagering requirements, or take too much effort to turn any profit - mostly time, in this case.

Nowdays I have not been seeing casinos demanding requirements as high as 45x because they know that if they set high requirements it is not going to look tempting that is why they have decided to reduce it as low as 1x wagering requirement. Even this 1x wagering seems difficult because only few gamblers could wager successfully while the rest would fail. Maybe your experience may have made you to have a different perspective and approach about casino bonus but the kind of casino bonus you may be getting depends on the casino you are using especially if they are new and generous to reward their new users.

The major reason why majority of casino give out bonuses is so as to retain customers as well as encouraging more folks to continue gambling and that's why VIP in some casinos may receive better offers especially since they must have generated significant amounts of revenue for the casino...So "Not being Fair" in quote like you said shouldn't be attributed to any casino that decide to make the bonus reward system of Vip more better and exclusive than random visitors...And that's because the actual reality in front of us is that folks at time abuse this bonuses, and when such a situation happens it has totally defeated the actual reason why the bonuses were being issue in the first place ..
