Can you explain to me if you are full no-kyc, then why you have geo restrictions? I mean, don't ask for kyc, that should automatically mean you don't care where someone comes from. Plus, you are not licensed, so you have no obligation to adapt to regulations and exclude sanctioned jurisdictions.

Hello, good question, but no-KYC and the country block are two separate things.No-KYC just means we don't ask you for ID to swap. The country block isn't about checking up on anyone, it's there to protect our own users. The actual reason: - The liquidity restricts it anyway. The services behind the swaps don't serve those sanctioned regions, so an order from one of them is exactly the kind that can get flagged later on.
- It protects the user, not us. If a swap got flagged and someone asked for verification, it's the user who's left with a stuck swap and a mess to sort out.
- We don't track you. We don't log or keep your IP, and we don't tie it to anyone. Technically a swap would go through from just about anywhere.
So the block is just a check at the door for a short list of heavily sanctioned countries, nothing more. It's there to save the user a future headache, not to police where you're from.

✅ No account, no e-mail, no KYC for standard swaps Here is where it gets a bit tricky. Can you please enlighten us on what "standard swaps" are? ✅ Payout straight to your own wallet, we never hold your funds Sure, but the deposit address is yours, so you will still temporarily hold the funds. Right? ✅ No IP logs, order data anonymized after 90 days
Any reason why it has to be after 90 days? and not after 7 days or 2 weeks?

Good questions, let me take them one by one. 1. What's a "standard swap"?It's the normal one that goes through without being flagged, which is the vast majority. We don't ask anyone for KYC ourselves. The only time verification comes up is when the liquidity behind the swap flags the incoming funds, think coins coming straight from a hack, a scam, or a sanctioned source. If that happens and you'd rather not verify, you get the funds back without KYC. More on when and why that happens here: why some swaps get flagged. 2. The deposit address and "holding funds".Fair point, so let me be precise. The deposit address isn't ours and it isn't a NoxSwap wallet, it's generated by the exchange that actually fills your order. Your coins go from your wallet, through the swap, and land back in your wallet. We never take custody at any point. You're right that the coins sit for a few minutes while the swap runs, that's unavoidable for any swap that isn't atomic, but that's the swap engine doing its job, not us holding your money. 3. Why 90 days and not 7?It's a support buffer, nothing more. If a swap gets stuck, a refund runs slow, or the provider reviews something, that can surface a week or two later. With a 7-day window, someone who comes back on day 10 has no record left and we can't help them. After 90 days there's no support reason to keep it, so the order is stripped of anything identifying. We keep no IP at all, and that 90 days only covers the order itself: pair, amounts, addresses, timestamps. And to be straight with you: the exchange that fills the swap keeps its own records under its AML rules, which is outside our hands. The 90 days is about what we keep. Honestly? We built this for ourselves first. We just wanted a swap that doesn't ask who we are, doesn't sit on our coins, and doesn't keep a diary of everything we do. Once it actually worked, it felt like a waste to keep it to ourselves, so we opened it up to everyone.

Nice presentation I find your Announcement thread interesting, as it is well concise and explained. Your welcome to the forum, services like this will help people exchange their cryptocurrencies without necessarily passing through a conventional exchange. I just hope that your services will be as good as you have said especially in the area of trust.

I just hope that your services will be as good as you have said especially in the area of trust. Thanks a lot, appreciate the kind words. Fair point on trust, that's something we have to earn, not just claim. That's why every order comes with a PGP-signed letter of guarantee you can check against our public key, and the refund rule is written down: if a swap ever gets flagged and you'd rather not verify, the deposit goes back minus the network fee (the only exception is funds suspected of being linked to illegal activity). My advice for any new service, us included: start with a small swap. And if something ever doesn't go right, post it here, we'd rather sort it out in the open.

Just compared NoxSwap stable swap price with C4Swap... 100 USDT on Tron is giving ~92 USDC on Solana at NoxSwap as against ~99 USDC on Solana at C4Swap. I am not demeaning you or something. You support XMR and some other coins that they do not. But, any reason for this price difference in Stable Swap? Suggestion: You may consider supporting PulseChain too.

any reason for this price difference in Stable Swap? No offence taken, thanks for testing it. Worth knowing: C4Swap's 99.3 USDC is not what the swap actually costs. Their fee isn't shown on the main screen, only after you click to expand the offer: $4.74, of which $4.69 is a network fee paid on top in TRX. So you spend about 104.7 USD for 99.3 USDC, and with the 1% slippage it can still drop to 98.3. With us, the ~92 USDC is final and guaranteed, with every fee already included and shown upfront. Nothing behind a click. To be fair, C4Swap is still cheaper on small stable swaps. Our route has a flat cost that hurts most at 100 USDT (at 1,000 USDT we quote about 972). Where we really differ is privacy: C4Swap needs your wallet connected and both legs are easy to match on-chain. With us there's no wallet connection, the payout comes from a fresh address, and we support XMR.
