Rollbit Sportsbook blocked account ($6,770.14 balance)

Hello BitcoinTalk community,

I am writing this post to bring public attention to my case with Rollbit Sportsbook. My account has been unfairly suspended, my active balance of $6,770.14 is being withheld, and their support team is completely ignoring my emails for over 3 weeks.

Here are the exact facts and timeline of my case:
- My Rollbit Username: Bebeshka1
- Total Deposits ($1,380.00 total via BNB Smart Chain):
1. $500.00 USDT (Credited on Oct 3, 2026, 12:53)
2. $300.00 USDT (Credited on Oct 3, 2026, 15:23)
3. $580.00 USDT (Credited on Oct 4, 2026, 13:57)
- Total Withdrawals: $205.00 USDT (Sent on Oct 3, 2026, 21:46)
- Current Active Balance: $6,770.14 (Legitimately won entirely through sports betting)
- KYC Status: Fully verified. Live support explicitly confirmed earlier that the Source of Funds level was not required for my account.

The Issue & Technical Context:
On October 4th, 2026, right after my sports bets settled in profit, my account was locked under the allegation of "multi-accounting". I strictly object to this. I own and operate ONLY ONE single account on Rollbit. I have never used a VPN, nor have I ever created any duplicates.

On the day of the block (October 4th), I was at a shopping mall and connected my laptop to the internet via my mobile phone's hotspot (tethering). Because mobile network carriers utilize shared dynamic IP addresses (CGNAT), hundreds of users in my region share the exact same mobile IP at any given moment. It is highly evident that the sportsbook's anti-fraud system flagged a false-positive connection overlap with another user who happened to be on the same mobile network provider at that time. My laptop hardware, cookies, and browser fingerprint have remained completely unchanged.

Total Support Ignorance:
The live chat operators refused to investigate and told me to contact compliance@rollbit.com. I sent a comprehensive email to them on October 5th, 2026, explaining the whole technical situation.

Since October 5th, I have sent multiple follow-ups and tried to reach out via live chat, but I am being completely ignored. It has been 24 days without a single human response, update, or explanation from the Rollbit compliance team. They are just silently keeping my $6.7k.

I am a legitimate bettor. I am fully cooperative and ready to undergo any advanced verification methods immediately to prove my identity, including:
1. A live video call (Skype/Discord/Zoom) showing my face next to my ID/Passport and my active laptop screen.
2. Providing official cellular contract documents to prove that the mobile number used for tethering belongs entirely to me.

I hope that official Rollbit representatives monitor this forum and will finally look into my case to resolve this unfair technical misunderstanding and release my funds.
