Hey everyone,

Continuing to look into newer crypto casinos that market themselves around privacy and fast cashouts. With older platforms getting increasingly aggressive with sudden KYC checks and source-of-funds requests, finding a solid No-KYC spot is getting harder.

This time I took a closer look at Rolly Casino to see what they actually offer under the hood. I put together the full breakdown of their specs, bonus terms, and limits here: https://lootbonus.vip/casino-reviews/rolly-casino-review

To keep the OP short, here are the main takeaways that stood out to me:
  • Privacy / No-KYC: Quick sign-up without upfront document checks, positioning itself for anonymous crypto play.
  • Banking: Purely crypto-oriented with fast deposit/withdrawal processing across major coins.
  • Retention & Games: Standard mix of top slot providers, live dealers, and Originals, backed by a rakeback and VIP system.

The pitch looks decent on paper, but as always in the crypto gambling space, the real test is how a casino behaves when someone hits a big multiplier and requests a sizable withdrawal. Plenty of "No-KYC" sites suddenly remember their ToS clauses right at the cashout screen.

For those who have already given Rolly a spin:
1. Have you tested their withdrawals with mid-to-high amounts, and did it stay completely KYC-free?
2. How are the wagering requirements and rakeback feeling compared to your main go-to casinos?
3. Any red flags or support issues worth noting?

Drop your thoughts and experiences below.

we have to be careful as based on the link you gave.

Quote
Is Rolly legit and licensed?
Rolly discloses no gambling licence and publishes no operating company; the terms name only Rolly, and governing law and arbitration are Costa Rica. LootBonus rates Rolly 4.4 out of 5.

They don't have a gambling license so the risk is high. and as per record Rolly Casino Review - Casino Guru the safety index is quite low, same goes here, Rolly.io Reviews - Trustpilot

also if you want to see what the community says about this casino you can view it here. Rolly (beta) — non-custodial, every bet is verifiable. Am I Missing something?

Fair points, and thanks for linking that earlier thread. Just to clarify a few things based on their current state:

First, they have already moved out of beta since that older discussion was posted.

Second, while the lack of a traditional gambling license is definitely something to keep in mind (which is usually why aggregators like Casino Guru automatically tank the safety index), they still enforce strict GEO-restrictions for major regulated jurisdictions rather than operating as a complete free-for-all.

More importantly, they operate on a ZK-verified (Zero-Knowledge) architecture. Instead of relying solely on a paper license from Curacao or Anjouan for trust, the fairness of outcomes is verifiable cryptographically on-chain. Of course, technical provability doesn't eliminate all operational risks, which is why I'm curious to hear from people who have actually tested them with larger cashouts recently.

Licenses from Anjouan, Curacao etc are primarily meant to display funds availability for the sake of deposits and withdrawals etc. Provably fair mechanisms are a separate topic entirely. Both matter, but those licenses obviously matter more.

Also, based on what @stadus mentioned, I doubt you will find anyone in this forum who deposited and requested big amounts in this shady site thanks to the red flags surrounding it.

That's actually the most interesting part here regarding funds availability. Instead of relying on an Anjouan or Curacao regulator to vouch for their liquidity behind closed doors, they use a transparent on-chain bankroll. In fact, they just added $10M to their Public Bankroll on Arbitrum.

Honestly, being able to verify $10M in liquidity directly on-chain via Arbitrum is a much stronger proof of funds than a basic offshore paper license — since we've all seen plenty of Curacao-licensed casinos go insolvent overnight anyway.

I completely get why the lack of a traditional license makes veterans here cautious, though. Still, with that kind of verifiable on-chain liquidity, it'll be interesting to see if any high-rollers here eventually give it a test run.

OP I will advise that after you introduce a casino here, you should try as much as possible to bring the here so they can get acquainted with the platform and interact with members in answering questions and complaints because there already is an advertisement or publicity about them here.

Secondly I would ask you this question if you really took out time to read the Terms of this casino before letting us know their KYC stand otherwise paragraph 4.8 from 4.8.1 to 4.8.4 states the contrary here as you have captured here. Please check well and see for yourself
