Well I think they copied the idea from this Bitcoin backed mortgage March 28 2026, It just doesn't specify what amount of bitcoin value they accept
as collateral from borrowers who are buying a house.

Of course, qualified buyers have a criteria amount for that or they can make the collateral value of bitcoin depend on the mortgage amount, right?
