Kings.Game – Withdrawal Issues, KYC and Account Ban

I want to share my experience with Kings.Game after several days of withdrawal problems, advanced KYC verification, and an unexplained account closure.

1. Withdrawal issues

On October 27, I requested two withdrawals totaling approximately 2,442 USDT (1,500 and 942 USDT via BSC).

One remained in Processing for over 24 hours. Despite repeatedly contacting support and my VIP manager, Annie, I received no clear explanation beyond being told to wait.

Both withdrawals were eventually cancelled automatically. The funds returned to my playable balance, and I unfortunately gambled and lost them. I take responsibility for that decision.

2. Advanced KYC

Kings.Game subsequently requested extensive documentation, including proof of income, source of funds, bank card verification, and proof of address.

After several rejected submissions, all my documents were eventually accepted. However, I was told that a final compliance review was still pending, with no estimated timeframe.

3. Successful withdrawal

On October 29, I successfully withdrew 300 USDT from a daily leaderboard reward, despite the pending compliance review.

4. Account closure

Later that same day, Kings.Game blocked my account, citing a Terms of Service violation.

Neither support nor my VIP manager explained which specific rule I had violated.

This happened just two days before the weekly leaderboard ended, where I was participating and potentially eligible for another reward.

My concerns

I understand casinos have compliance obligations, but repeated unexplained withdrawal cancellations, prolonged verification, and account closure without identifying the alleged violation are unacceptable.

I'm not claiming Kings.Game confiscated the 2,442 USDT, as I lost those funds through gameplay after the cancellations.

I am asking Kings.Game to publicly explain:

Why my withdrawals were repeatedly cancelled.

Which specific TOS clause I allegedly violated.

Whether any leaderboard rewards already earned remain payable.

I have screenshots and correspondence available as evidence.

I hope this helps other players make informed decisions before depositing at Kings.Game.

You should share the screenshot of the correspondence that you've had with them. Regarding them citing the terms that were violated, they usually just give a vague explanation and don't really give the specific details on which terms were specifically violated.

What I'm curious about is why they cancelled your 2442 USDT withdrawal but let the $300 USDT be withdrawn.

I sent their representative a PM, but I'm not sure if they'll respond here, their representative hasn't been active for 2 months now.

You should try putting this issue up on third-party mediator platforms like casinoguru or askgamblers.
Atleast you deserve to know the reason your account was banned. Not just saying that you breached the terms of service

The representative for this casino on this forum has made only 5 posts since creating the casino's announcement thread on July 20, 2026 meaning the thread has been active for 90 days, yet the representative rarely responds and has effectively disappeared. Consider this: a new casino needs customers. Naturally, anyone launching a new casino with the intention of running a serious business would be highly active, engaging with forum members to demonstrate that they care about potential clients. In this case, however, the situation is quite the opposite. This clearly illustrates the dangers of using a casino whose representative behaves this way; had you done some research, you would have noticed this and likely avoided using this casino.

Given everything I’ve described, the likelihood of you resolving your issue on this forum is very low. They have 12 accusations of scamming against them on Trustpilot. It appears they have responded to some of these accusations though, of course, that’s no guarantee that they actually resolved the users' problems. Still, you could try what @Bitcoin_Arena recommended; it seems they show a certain level of respect on casino.guru take a look, for example:

At least you might have a chance of getting some answers; click the orange button that says "Submit a complaint" and let casino.guru act as a mediator for this issue. I hope you don't deposit much more money into new casinos it’s very risky. Even $500 is a significant amount to put into a new casino.

Yes, please post all screenshots and correspondence, don't hold back for the community. Follow this format to validate your complaint.
It is not right that no explanation is given on why your withdrawals are cancelled and what TOS were violated, gamblers have the right to know so they can defend themselves against the charges.
