It come to my awareness as I was informed by my contact that you raise case on CG - https://casino.guru/complaints/fortunejack-casino-player-s-winnings-have-been-confiscated-5 they assured me that they'll reply there now that they're aware of it and that overseers can follow the progress from that platform.
