Hello Bitcointalk,
This is the announcement thread for Buhgalter,
https://buhgalter.app. If you build something small for a Russian-speaking audience (a Telegram bot, a VPN, a shop with keys and codes, an exchange office), you probably know the part nobody enjoys: getting rubles in without babysitting every order at night.
That is the part we took on.
How a payment looks from your sideYour backend sends one request to POST /api/payments and gets back a ready SBP or QR NSPK requisite. You can wait for it synchronously or let us call you back with a webhook. The buyer pays from their usual banking app, and your system learns about it on its own, no screenshots, no manual checks.
Things developers usually ask about first1. Webhooks carry an HMAC-SHA256 signature. If your endpoint is down, we try again 8 times spread over roughly 13 hours, and the delivery log lets you resend any event by hand.
2. Create calls accept an Idempotency-Key, so a network retry on your side will not produce a second payment.
3. There is a sandbox: add the X-Buhgalter-Test header and you get up to 200 test payments per day with no real money moving.
4. The USDT/RUB rate is locked at the moment the payment is created. GET /api/fx shows the current rate if you want to display it.
5. You choose whether revenue sits in RUB or in USDT, and withdrawals to a USDT TRC-20 wallet can run automatically.
6. Crypto invoices are available too: USDT, BTC, ETH and TON, where the coin and the network are fixed inside the invoice so the buyer cannot send the wrong thing.
7. Several storefronts can live in one account under separate store_id values, and reports export to Excel or CSV.
PricingYou pay a fee only for successful payments. Expired or unpaid ones cost nothing. The percentage depends on your average ticket and volume, and we are happy to agree on individual or VIP terms for larger projects.
