Razed Casino: Endless Verification Requests, Withdrawal Blocked , Winnings GONE

I want to warn everyone about Razed Casino.

I deposited funds 131usdt, placed bets, and won 351usdt with my balance . When I requested a withdrawal, they started asking for KYC documents, including Source of Wealth, bank statements, payslips, and other supporting evidence.

I explained that I am currently unemployed. I uploaded my bank statement and provided Binance transaction records and betting winnings as supporting evidence.

Despite my cooperation, they continued requesting documents that do not apply to my situation, such as payslips.

They refund me me due to “multiple failed verification attempts and inability to provide source of funds” i have sent them many documents

Eventually, they emailed me saying my account would be closed but that I could withdraw all my remaining funds first.

However, they are still asking me to complete verification, and I cannot withdraw my money.

They ask me to withdraw the remain balance but i don't want , they will close my account after this , i m trying to get winnings back

Has anyone experienced something similar with Razed Casino?

 Any advice would be appreciated.

I had to kyc on razed as well but it wasnt this extensive and for a fe hundred dollars more.
I was also on a good winning streak in sportsbook
Eventually they did pay me

I think u should share more regarding the types of bets placed. It would also help u to take screenshots of everything incase they block account access

To be very honest, I also think that it is too much for a few hundred dollars. OP already explained that he is unemployed. How is he supposed to provide the payslips? People might have funds from different sources like their family members, lending, or other income sources that do not provide payslips. I don't understand why they would keep asking for the payslips. I would tag @holydarkness here to take a look.

This is the worst scenario for a gamblers asking about the source of funds when unemployed. Could you please follow the correct formate for the scam accusations from the pin post? Add some evidence besides just saying everything verbally.

You have mentioned they refunded. Have they refunded your initial deposit and are you fighting to withdraw your winnings? Please clear everything and try to add your username as well. If their representative comes here easily could look at your allegation.

I have came across this razed casino here but I have not signed up on their site to use them to gamble. As we know, there are some casinos that usually get people entrapped on their site especially when they noticed that you frequently win on their gambling site. This is how they behave whenever there is much winning from their gambling site.
At least you could have shared some screenshots and evidence of communication through mail or whatever means to authentify your claims.

I think some of the support stuff some of this casinos employ are just so rigid and will keep giving customers robotic like responses even when you try to explain to them the scenario.

Correct. I have heard similar complaints from BC Game victims. Many people complained that the bc game customer support just copy-pasted some canned responses without reading the customer's responses. They will move forward only when the customer has something they are asking for. Otherwise, the support just copies and pastes the canned response, which is annoying as fuck.

I don't know what Razed support is doing, but it does not really make sense to ask for a payslip from someone who already told them that he is unemployed. I hope OP will manage to get some real responses and make them understand that he is not able to provide the payslips.

Since how long have you been unemployed? According to the "Acceptable documents for Source of Funds" of Razed, they accept up to 6 months old documents. If you were never employed in the past, then they should allow you to complete the verification through other documents which are mentioned in that article.

However, casinos usually don't allow the user to complete the verification with those other methods. They will continuously ask you to provide the payslip. Maybe you can get a better help by taking this complaint to a mediator. Razed representative is inactive here in the forum.

You don't have to warn but you can give an awareness or tell us that the casino blocked you from withdrawing your personal funds after winning but they didn't do the same when depositing. It is good for the awareness.

This is nonsense if really the casino ask you the source of income of such a small of withdrawal then there is another agenda behind the restriction. The casino representative should come say something about this particular allegation of asking the gambler the source of his wealth. Op did you tell them that you are wealthy? Because of 351usdt withdrawal, they are requesting all those documents then if someone is requesting to withdraw $1k+ then they will ask the physical appearance of the gambler.

Op go and make comments on their announcement thread to seek the attention of the representative.
