5. LICENSING, KYC & PRIVACYWe want to address this directly because it was one of the biggest concerns in our earlier discussion.
LicensingRhinoBetting does not currently hold a gaming licence.
We're not claiming to be a regulated casino. We understand that this is a serious consideration, especially for players who prefer operators with independent regulatory oversight.
KYCOur currently published KYC policy states that players are not asked to submit passports, identity documents, selfies or proof of address for registration, deposits or withdrawals.
Email verification is used for email accounts, while supported wallets are used for wallet login.
However, several members correctly identified inconsistencies in our earlier website documentation and statements.
We acknowledge those issues. Our previous explanations were not clear enough, and members were right to question them.
A wallet login also doesn't make blockchain transactions anonymous. Transactions remain traceable on public networks.

6. RESTRICTED COUNTRIESRhinoBetting currently does not operate in the following countries:
India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore and Australia.
Players located in these countries must not register, deposit or use real-money gaming services.
Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions is not permitted.

Some pointed out documentation problems. Others questioned our platform design, company claims, licensing and support arrangements.
We understand why these issues affected the first impression of our project.
We don't expect anyone to change their opinion because we've posted a new announcement or introduced another bonus.
