What you were say was actually flawed before Ai came in, yes they were hacks but not to this extent, with good promptly and manipulation hackers don't need exceptional skills to do very well and this is why there have been more successful hacks than before.

I have asked AI many similar questions to give me a clear answer hot to create phishing link or bypass certain procedures to get quick results, but AI told me she doesn't deliver such messages.

What hackers may do is to ask the question indirectly, so that AI will only give a legitimate answer that'll give the hackers clue on how to proceed with their dirty job.

You know there is a good template how to ask AI questions and then get direct answer how you want it to be. These hackers understand that and use it very well to their advantage.

Yes, I agree with you that hackers know very well how to ask AI what they want to know and how to get the information they want. Although AI never helps them with any information that hackers can use to harm people. If you ever ask AI how to make poison, AI will never answer you. But if you ask the same question a little differently, which things are poisonous and how to survive them, AI will give you a list of ideas and will advise you on its own what poison is. That is, I think hackers also use the same formula, they only search as much as they need to know and as much as they know, they get someone's personal information and that in a different way.
