Sometimes, that big multiplier just does not happen even after 20-50 rounds. At that point, you already have lost a major chunk while waiting for some miracle to happen and get you a 50x to 100x win. You will keep spending thinking there is still a possibility but there will be a point where you already might have exhausted your balance and now have to start from square one. That is why I hardly go behind these big multipliers. Yes, once or twice in a week is still okay for me because all I would so is try out my luck. I will not solely reply on these big multipliers.

Small wins has much lesser risk and a well-predicted bet can just increase the chances of winning. I feel small wins are much more reliable because we actually let our analysis gamble on our behalf.
A gambler’s hopes have nothing to do with their actual chances of winning even though they keep convincing themselves otherwise, especially the more they play. In reality, they have nothing to rely on but the hope for a stroke of luck and a sense of self-reassurance. Although it should be obvious that casinos were never designed to make players rich, many continue to believe without any logical basis that they will be the lucky ones. I have a feeling that such players will always exist, and that is precisely why casinos will always remain profitable.

Been wondering as a newbie in the field how you guys actually play when it comes to risk?

Like in crash game i'm happy cashing out at 1.2x all day while others would rather sit there waiting for 50x or 100x.. crazy!

I saw different approaches and i get why people go for smaller multipliers - it feels safer and you get more wins but then one bad round can wipe out profits anyway. And chasing big multipliers - you can lose 20-50 rounds waiting for that one lucky hit.

So does anyone here have actually a fixed risk strategy or just change it depending on how your last few bets went?

Keep it up, don't let people talk you out of this plan of yours because it's way better than what 98% of gamblers would do, they will say it's better to risk alot on higher wager and go home with massive prize than getting some penny back, gambling should be a way of entertaining yourself rather than a way of making and chasing life changing money, it's better to make less money as a gambler than to risk alot and be a loser.
for me,  it makes more sense to bet small amounts than to always pursue big multipliers. First of all, it is necessary to understand that gambling is about entertainment, rather than earning an impressive amount of money or winning back one's losses. There is absolutely no shame in pursuing smaller gains in order to play responsibly. Of course, some people would say that it is too cautious, but personally, I would rather have something left at the end of the game than take all my money and make bets on one hand. A 50x or 100x win looks amazing, but there is no guarantee that it will happen.

I don't have any gambling strategy on crash game. If I want to enjoy the game, I use very little amount of money so that, I can keep on playing. As for odds, I go for a lower odd but that isn't a guarantee that you will win more than losing because losses are more in gambling than making profit. Just enjoy the fun and forget about making profit so that, you don't get carried away by your emotions.
What an impressive remark made. However, sometimes we are the cause of our pain, because I can get why we keep on fighting over strategy or no strategy when gambling. What's important is what you've just said which I bolded and I'm cool with that.  However, one thing is sure in gamble, which is lost and gain.

We may decide to pick small odds or big odds respectively,  but that doesn't guaranteed anything. What matters most is to know our end time in each of our games,  don't just get carried away trying to chase lost or to prove you're an experienced gambler. Because it can only incurred more lost or something get you stuck in addiction. Gamble is for fun and that's the basics purpose, we shouldn't let the little incentive attached to it burst out our greed otherwise the later outcome wouldn't be funny.

I've seen a lot of gambler previous in crash games or even in the chicken cross games they become profitable even with the small amount and they hit the max win but if I tried that is I ended up losing just in few seconds of the game. Well seems thats how does the gambling works not always in luck.

I saw different approaches and i get why people go for smaller multipliers - it feels safer and you get more wins but then one bad round can wipe out profits anyway. And chasing big multipliers - you can lose 20-50 rounds waiting for that one lucky hit.

Thats how we apply the risk management because people also do the same thing with the risk but they added their luck with a skills and knowledge most of them got a good parlay bets and even take the chance until does the risk and luck could bring them with their game, people already cut their option ocne they seen that they are winning already but others tested it out.

First i will start by saying that, as a newbie you have the right to ask questions around the area that you are a little confusing, in order to see different ideas that will contribute base on the type matter at hands, so as a gambler you should know that you can not actually fixed any risk in gambling or not there is any strategy know as fixing of risk strategy but the only thing a gambler can only look at is to minimize risk while gambling and the only option i think we can deal with risk, is to reduce numbers of multiple games in one be, so gambling is always full of risk and that is why it is always advisable to stake with what you can afford to lose because of the high rate of risk associated with gambling.

Gambling depends on luck, even if you are chasing small wins, the wins won't be consistent because the house always win, that is why I don't like to only focus in one direction. If you are playing crash, sometimes you can play for two or three round without getting to 1.2x,  immediately the game starts, it would crash without moving to your target. I do not target high multiply all the time, that would mean that I want to burn out my balance so fast. Maintaining a low wagering amount when necessary is really how I reduce the risk of losing all my deposit so fast.
You are correct, gambling is solely dependent on luck and there is no guarantee of winning regardless of if you play either a huge or small odd but to me i feel judging by statistics, there are higher tendency that smaller odds play more often times than larger odds, even casinos knows this, they know clubs with higher chances of winning and normally give such clubs a lower odd, it is better a bettor wins small but consistently rather than try to win very big and end up losing everything.
A person will have to keep winning small to double his capital but a single loss can wipe all his profits along with some capital. That person will keep trying to increase his capital amount by winning small but this is just going to take some good time and still profits won't be guaranteed. Instead, if that person targets bigger winnings, he/she just has to focus on that single bet. Winning can save few upcoming bets and losing will not actually dent the entire capital amount but just the one used to play.

Someone who keeps chasing small gains will eventually keep struggling is what I feel. If majority of gambling is based out of luck, why not take a big shot instead of chasing those small winnings?

With crash, I always wait for an instant bust or something close to it before placing my first bet because it's very rare to experience a back to back.

If I want to test the waters with a different approach i'll use the smallest bets and then switch up once I gain enough confidence.

Fixed strategies rarely work for me with casino games. Medium to high risk is the way to go, it takes a while if you're not used to risky strategies, but it's more fun and can pay off if you know what you're doing.
I guess we have to keep trying until we find those risky strategies more interesting. It is not at first when we plan to go for these risky strategies and mostly find easier games to try and make the first winning. Sometimes, that first winning experience is really emotional and a few people tend to stick to those less riskier games even though the winnings there are small. They just get too comfortable with that game and do not really think to gamble elsewhere with riskier strategies.

If we want fun, we should definitely chose those riskier strategies because this gives me that adrenaline rush. I do not gamble to make profits but t have fun so choosing riskier strategies has been a norm for me.

But the goal in all of them is to win, which is what every gambler does, some of them play thinking that if they lose, it will not matter to them and there are some who think that even if they lose, they will get their money back. That is why they keep playing. If it were on a working hard, most of the workers would be seen at this gambling den, but there is nothing like that. People also know that not every win will be theirs, but still, putting pressure on the next one, they bet a lot of money and sometimes they lose and win. It was not with this kind of thinking from the beginning, but it was made with the thought that if you bet 2x, you will get 10$ with 10$ and people themselves thought of getting rich from it.

It's true that everyone has their own preference or type of potential winnings because I have come to understand that if I gamble and my potential winning does not look like something that will make a massive difference in my financial state, I will not take that bet because it's not worth it, or it's a complete waste of time.

Though some people will prefer the consistent small winnings that is stated by the op, but personally I sees gambling as a game that is very difficult to win, that is why i love to go for the big winnings, so that if I finally win something, let it be worth it, not just small small winnings that will make no difference.

I completely agree with you. Gambling is not designed for one to make money through it, rather, it is meant to entertained. So, people should bet small and expect the unexpected, because there is no guarantee that their bets will go according to their plan. To avoid disappointment and regrets, they are ought to always exercise self-control, especially when their emotions are pushing them towards making poor decisions. This way, they can enjoy the game for what it is, and still be able to walk away, even when they are winning.

You're happy but not satisfied.
But if you experience winning 50x, you can really say, " This is what I want...But I warn you, this is not a contest that you need to set higher goals in order to win.

There is no fixed rate in gambling. Winning is by chance, and if I feel I'm lucky, I bet a huge amount—a one-time bet.

Of course, as a newbie, my advice is to just start betting a small amount. You can change it depending on how you feel. But don't go beyond your budget. And never gamble with your emotions because that only leads to disappointment.

I think the best form of betting is just to go by how you feel like betting that very period or moment you want to bet because there's no strategy that guarantees winning, you might have won previously using a particular strategy and it works but it doesn't mean you are still going to win if you use that same strategy that you used, gambling is an unpredictable game and it varies in terms of strategy and winning that one can't depend on.

I prefer to bet with small amounts of money and win even though it's not consistent winnings but atleast I should be able to go home with something than using a huge capital to bet and at the long run loose because of greed. Although every gambler knows what works for them so it best one plays the way he feels is better for them. As a newbie I will advise you start with small bets and know the strategies that works for you even though with time you will increase the amount.

I go for 5X max, the more the multipliers, the greater the risk, sometimes I maintain it at 2X for lower risks and that prints more money than aiming higher, although it is never guaranteed.

My best strategy is to follow up with a consistent $1 or $0.5 per round and I'm not gonna go on martingale strategy to recover my loss, or go on a higher multiplier to attempt recovering. I stick to the strategy I agree upon while starting the game, It's more fun for me that way. I feel better when I play for longer with consistent small stakes and low multipliers.

How often do you win from playing low multipliers? I'm curious to know if this is a strategy that works consistently for you because from what I know winning any value of multiplier is based on luck and not skill. There's no way you can win or make profit from this constantly. It's better to stake low and aim for high odds because nothing is guaranteed, just hope to get lucky.

I win with mixed success like you said it's just luck  Cheesy

In the Crash game, i’ve never had a specific strategy, it’s all purely based on gut feeling, because you never know how high the multiplier will go in the next round. But what i do control is the bet amount, usually when aiming for 30x–100x, i bet a relatively small amount, as for the profit target 1.3x–2x, i’ll bet a fairly large amount. Although it’s not uncommon for me to get carried away, feeling frustrated and annoyed by a losing streak, i often end up betting everything at once on a single bet, unconsciously chasing a big profit of at least 10x. As you might expect, i end up losing more often than i win, LOL.

Now that adds some rationality and thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the advice and I always keep the risks in mind.

Like in crash game i'm happy cashing out at 1.2x all day while others would rather sit there waiting for 50x or 100x.. crazy!

How many hours can you go with that strategy before you deplete your money, though? It seems like a good way to gamble on crash if you don't actually mind slowly losing your money to the edge of the house, but for some people it may be boring to just risk one dollar or half dollar per round.

The average crash gambler I have seen on stake usually go with higher stakes and aim for even higher multipliers (typically over X2).

If you are completely in for fun and thrill, then you are okey, it means you have a steady and healthy bankroll management.

Gambling with huge amount of money can't make any great contributions to your life and if care is not taken it will affect your life as well, by causing major financial risks to your life. As a gambler, you don't have to respond to any claim or criticism from other people and you don't have justify yourself to them. What matters most is your initial response, your decisions, your believe and most importantly, your ability to remain true to your principles, you have to always ensure that your actions align with your decision and principles. Since gambling is not obligatory, you can choose to quit any time that pleases you. Gambling with huge amount of money in the name of making huge profits, might result in debts and financial hardship. Don't let anyone deceive or fool you into believing that people are succeeding through gambling, because it is very clear that such people are limited.

I risk bet all the way, not for me but for millions of gamblers around the world and I understand why they would do it, if there is a jackpot waiting anywhere wouldn't it be better to go for it rather than winning some pennies?

It's fine to take high risks but with what money? Risk what will not wreck you later on, risk something that will not ruin your mental.health and your life.

It's still fine to try and use small amount of money to will large amount of money, some people still buys lottery ticket every week or when the can, do it responsibly.

Small wins has much lesser risk and a well-predicted bet can just increase the chances of winning. I feel small wins are much more reliable because we actually let our analysis gamble on our behalf.

Unlike sport betting, crash game generally offer no opportunity to predict next outcome through analysis. If crash point for each round is determined using provably fair mechanism then you cannot increase your chance in next round by observing pattern from previous round.

Only advantage of small multiplier is that you can cash out over more round. But you cannot call that a better expected value.
So I wanna say, small targets lead to frequent small win, while large target lead to rare but large win. It is not possible to predict random crash point through analysis.

Id just go whenever I feel it. Higher bets means you are aiming to win but a player that bets so low means their patiently waiting to win whatever the outcome especially if he doesnt have much fund. But honestly the result doesnt show how accurate these stuffs like the percentage of winning being show.

If Im gonna gamble Id do it either it show maybe a battle.

I believe gambling is not something that one is supposed to rush into, whether you stake  small or big, the outcome is still uncertain. Most people prefer to stake small because they don’t have enough funds, while others stake big because they are expecting higher returns. But one thing we need to understand is that those percentage and winning chances that they show does not guarantee that the prediction will happen exactly like that.

If I want to gamble I will only gamble for entertainment and only stake what I can afford to lose instead of allowing the desire to win big money to control me.

The outcome while gambling is not certain, but there is probability in gambling that many gamblers are neglecting. I mean the probability of winning or losing.

The probability of losing is very high. So despite that the outcome is not known until a bet result has been know, there is high certainty that gambers will lose. That is not how it is by nature, by how it is in design by the gambling sites and which is what the gambling sites what.

Our conclusion is the same, gamble because gambling is entertaining you. If it is not entertaining you, do not do it.
