PPLNS or SOLO?

PPLNS shares every block the pool finds among the miners who contributed recent shares — smaller, more regular payouts.
SOLO pays the entire block reward (minus the 1% fee) to the miner who finds the block — big payouts, but pure luck. Use the Solo Block Calculator on the pool page to see your real odds before you point your hashrate at it.
