When a trader avoid making revenge trade after experiencing massive trading losses it automatically reduce and limit the rate of losses the trader experiences during its trading period, and most traders ignore this strategic trading approach because of how desperate they are to recover their lost money immediately which at the end will result to massive financial losses of their trade. That is why its required of every trader to avoid revenge trading because it is an emotional trap that makes traders to instantly force the trading market to give them back the money they just lost from their trade, making these traders to risk more of their money to trade just to recover their lost money back and also to wipe out their previous loss in just a trade, that is driven by anger and panic which makes these set of traders to abandon and forget their trading strategy completely.

That is one of the behaviors that can't be easily removed from yourself; that is why others said your enemy is yourself.
It's part of the risk management that needs to be avoided. I know the feeling of revenge trade because you are eager to recover your losses.
We can practice this with a small amount and make sure you have a rule and strictly follow it to avoid these habits.

Doing things responsibly, including trading and traders with spot, leverage tradings, they must do that responsibly. Trading is risky, unpredictable for trading results and if traders open and manage their trading positions irresponsibly, they have higher risk of losing their trading capital. Revenge trading or not, the principles for trading safely are the same. What I noticed about revenge trading in the past is that it will make the trader to use high leverage which can easily liquidate his trading funds. The person is not more trading but gambling and he will lose his money within some minutes. Revenge trading is not good at all. A good trader try as much as possible to avoid it.

I read an article about why traders lose so much and what are the different ways to reduce this loss. The first line was to face the situation with patience. The second line was to be motivated not to sell at a loss. Avoid excitement and do not use more funds than you can afford. You should apply risk tolerant financial strategies before taking a position.
When a trader is in a lot of loss, he considers taking retaliatory measures mandatory because he has to recover his lost funds. But not everyone has the ability to take retaliatory measures. Just like a gambler tries to recover his money after losing in a gambling game, a trader has the same attitude. If you have such a mentality, you are probably in the addiction stage. Addiction is a kind of trap. An alternative way to protect your funds from such traps is to use funds that are worth losing.

Anyone who revenge trades losses money and that is a fact. They often trade wrong coins that are pumped and they hope to get profit from those coins and a few of them use high leverage to get fast profits but instead of making anything they end up losing even more money and in case of high leverage their whole funds gets liquidated.
I lost a lot in trading when I newly started cryptocurrency trading but later I gave proper time to learn the market and then made a proper strategy that helped me to recover the losses and make profit over time. In order to recover trading losses one has to be patient and never to revenge trade.
I am very sure many traders who lost money in start days of trading might have made 10x to 20x of those losses after learning deeply about crypto currency trading and choosing a properly working strategy. And, it is also a fact that the one who tried to recover their losses with revenge trading have lost more money by doing that. So everyone should stay away from revenge trading and focus on building a properly working strategy and on controlling their emotions during trading sessions.

The fact is that one of the most common errors made during trading is to take losses personally. Like if you have lost $100 on one deal. And then you become sure that you need to earn this money back on the next deal. You don't wait for an appropriate situation but begin to enter positions in any conditions. Here the trouble starts. The market does not care about your losses and cannot give back your money because of this. My point of view is that it is better to avoid trading for some time after such a failure.

Every trader in such a loss situation certainly has the desire to recover the lost capital. However, this requires adjustments in habits and the trader's control over the trades conducted, especially for those who trade regularly. If you incur a loss in trading, there will certainly be the option to add capital and continue trading to recover everything that was lost, or to stop and accept the loss. Traders must become accustomed to facing such situations and develop the habit of carefully considering risk management.

The mistake made in trading is greed and greed will always come with leverage and this is the mistake that makes you lose your money. The more money you have, the less leverage you trade with, the slow you will lose. However, if you want to recover your loss from the same market at the same time, it is quite difficult and dangerous because the money you have lost was also the same, so you should step into the market after a little patience and peace of mind. These emotional mistakes only lead you to more losses. We should try to set our goal for the day. If you are going to call this your home, then you should earn at least $500. If you just want to earn like that, then $100 is enough, this will give you more experience.

Revenge trading is like hitting a brick wall with your barehands, the brick wall doesn't feel anything, walls don't have emotions and the more you keep hitting you'll most likely bruise all your knockles the more. The market doesn't care whether you're losing all your trading funds, if you don't discipline yourself and trade with caution you will blow your account in frustration, if you refill you will most likely lose everything again because your mind is clouded by revenge. I've always known that it is a bad idea to chase loses in trading because you don't control the market, same with gambling because you don't control the house edge. Always trade with amount that you can afford to lose, no need to go all in because you want to make profit by all means, it doesn't work that way, greed and frustration only leads to more loses.

Revenge as a word is the act of fighting back for something, it can be for someone you hold dear or your lost funds or whatever. But in real live, revenge always has a lot of negative reaction he does to someone live.
However, when you revenge your trade, you are automatically forced to go beyond your limit, without minding strategies and by this, more lost is inevitable. As a matter of fact, the act of revenging isn't advisable for any trader at all. Perhaps the best action to take once you notice such energy is to back off cuz tomorrow is another day.

Based on my experience, losing multiple trades kills one's confidence, spikes one's level of impatience and could even create fear in the person such that, if you see a good opportunity to enter a trade, fear of losing will kick in and you will leave the trade only to realize later that it actually went your direction. But the best solution to handle one's losses is not to revenge trade, is not to go angry and decide to just blow your account, the market doesn't give a fuck about you, if you decide to revenge trade, the market will comfortably take your remaining balance and you lose your account. Personally, what I do now to easy the pressure on me after losing trades is to look for something to occupy my mind with and then I might take a week break.
But I think that, no matter how long people keep saying, "revenge trading is bad, avoid it" Beginners will never listen, I feel it's a phase that every trader must undergo to become better, I am not certain but I have a feeling that every trader have actually made that mistake before and it's part of what shaped them into the better trader that they are today.

When a trader cannot control himself when he lose a trade he never expect losing and he went further to trade with the purpose of revenging, he will not only lose more money in the market, but he will also destroy his trading confidence along the way of doing that, so it's a bad emotional trait a trader that want to make money in the market should not be displaying. Traders that do revenge trading are mostly newbies traders that doesn't know how the market works or traders that cannot control their emotions when trading, because revenge trading is a direct features of emotional trading.

Not making revenge trade is important but that doesn't automatically mean that the risks are reduced because there might still be some flaws or mistakes that the traders can make. Even without revenge trading a trader that has no proper strategy can end up making them incur losses.
Anger and panic, these are emotions that drive traders into making certain mistakes, that's the reason why it is important for beginners and also intermediate traders to learn about market psychology, this plays a very vital role in helping traders manage emotions.

What are you revenging for after running at loss in your trade. It's funny that some people think that the market is a place for revenge. Trading is highly risky due to the nature of the market and you shouldn't allow your emotions to control you after a loss because, it shows that you're not a good trader and wouldn't be able to limit your losses.
One of risk management in trading is to accept your losses and avoid allowing your losses to control your decisions. It's not a must that you must make profit in every position you opened.
