Restricting account access and withholding a balance of up to 0.7 BTC. Refusing to provide a complete financial ledger or transaction history. Inconsistent rules: Support previously stated multiple accounts were allowed, but now uses this as an excuse. Failing to process a rightful refund of deposits and winnings.
Lack of transparency regarding account restrictions and historical data.
Dear 1xBit Security and Complaints Teams,
This operator-specific complaint corrects the earlier combined notice sent to 1xBit and Betpanda with uncompleted template fields. Please disregard those placeholders. This correction does not withdraw my underlying claim.
Name: Kamil Padiasek Disputed account: 111820173, registered on 7 June 2019 Related account: 111341795, registered on 5 June 2019
ACCOUNT HISTORY
After losing access details for my first account, I mistakenly created the second account and deposited BTC into it. I later regained access to the first account, but could not access the second account or recover its password.
I disclosed both accounts to your support team and requested recovery of access, correction of the associated email address, transfer of the funds, or repayment.
In the retained support-chat screenshot, consultant Roda stated:
“Sorry, sir. We cannot transfer funds from one account to another. Nevertheless, you can use several gaming accounts on our website.”
If the existence of two accounts forms any part of your refusal, please address that statement and identify the terms applicable in June 2019.
DISPUTED BTC
My historical correspondence records a deposit of 200 mBTC (0.2 BTC) and an estimated total balance including winnings of 600 mBTC (0.6 BTC). One later message estimated 700 mBTC (0.7 BTC). I disclose this discrepancy and request your ledger to establish the exact balance.
The deposit transaction ID previously supplied is: 744cc4059ed71683393b51e834b9dbe454f55fbe7cb99d393570eff5547d445b
Please trace this transaction against your records and identify the amount and destination output credited to account 111820173.
REQUESTED RESOLUTION
I request recovery and repayment of all BTC owed to me from account 111820173.
Please provide:
A complete ledger covering deposits, bets, settlements, withdrawals, adjustments and the final balance.
The reason and date of the access restriction, together with the specific contractual and factual basis for any withholding.
Confirmation of whether any refund was issued. If so, provide its date, BTC amount, destination address and blockchain transaction ID.
A secure process for verifying account ownership and confirming my BTC receiving address.
My historical correspondence refers to your statement that a refund could be provided, if not already made, following a request to the security team. Please confirm your position on that refund and the amount covered.
If you propose returning only the deposit, explain separately your treatment of the winnings. I am not offering to waive the remainder of my claim in exchange for a deposit-only payment.
Please acknowledge this corrected complaint within 72 hours and provide a substantive written response within 14 calendar days of receipt. These are requested response periods.
If you refuse payment, please issue a reasoned final response identifying the entity responsible for my account in 2019, the entity currently handling this complaint, and any applicable licence, regulator or independent dispute-resolution procedure.
Please preserve all relevant records. If any records are no longer available, identify them and explain when and why they ceased to be available.
Kind regards, Kamil Padiasek
