Transfer not executed by ECOS.AM

After investing some money in the ECOS.AM platform, I decided to withdraw the entire amount. The withdrawal order was registered on the platform on September 29, 2026, for the amount of 0.00704790 BTC, and they charged 0.0003 BTC in fees.
On the same day, they sent an email requesting confirmation of my phone number and email address, a selfie holding my ID, proof of the most recent fund transfer to ecos.am (such as a screenshot from the banking app, a transaction link, or an email confirmation), and the wallet address to which the withdrawal request was made.

I responded to the request on September 29, 2026. Supposedly, transfers are processed within a maximum of 24 business hours, but to date I have not yet received my money.

I have been asking several questions to support, namely:

On October 7, 2026, I questioned why the transfer had not yet been completed. I received ticket 71776.
On October 9, 2026, in the same email replying to the entity verification, I questioned why the transaction disappeared from my account history and the money did not return to the main menu. They did not respond.
I contacted the recipient in the meantime to check if there was any block on the entry, they informed me that there was no pending transfer and asked me to request the hash. I asked ECOS this question on October 12, 2026, and received ticket 71999.


Despite the response from ECOS on October 20th regarding ticket 71999, WHICH IS A FACT, after 12 days, ECOS still hasn't given me any concrete answer.
To be honest, I don't expect you to do that. ECOS is an entity that doesn't respect the investors who trust them to make their investments. DO NOT INVEST IN ECOS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I'm sorry you ended up in this situation. Still, it would have been worth spending a couple of minutes researching the site before investing real money.

ECOS mining's Trustpilot profile has a 3.6 rating, with 54% positive and 34% negative reviews, but very few ratings in the middle — 4% 3% 2% reviews. It looks like the positive reviews may have been artificially boosted alongside genuine negative ones, though that's just my suspicion.

Cloud mining has existed for years and scammers have often used it to scam people, because most users cannot check whether the mining hardware is really there or not.

As for ECOS, it was added to the AMF blacklist in 2024 because it didn't have the required licenses --> [SOURCE]

Also, its website received a Trust Score of 0 on ScamAdviser and ScamDoc gave it a very low score.

Maybe that's true. There are already bad reviews about blocked withdrawals and similar issues. We should not depend mainly only on Trustpilot or any other review platform.

DO NOT INVEST IN ECOS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Do not invest in any cloud mining platform, not just this one. If you do not have the resources to buy mining gears, then use your money to buy bitcoin and hold it. You will mostly lose your money if you rent computing power from any of these platforms.

I don't know anything about this Ecos platform, neither have i heard anything about them before now, but if they ask you to deposit more money in order to be able to withdraw your balance, do not do it!

if they actually had the hardware, giving every new user 30 days free mining on an Antminer S21 XP, would be like flushing money down the toilet for them.
not to mention the bonus hashrate you get the longer the "contract" you buy

did you send them that info in an email reply? if i were you, i would be worried about identity theft.

It's unfortunate that you lost some money and time to the Bitcoin cloud mining scam. In fact, most of them are just Ponzi schemes that will lie to you about those hourly, daily, or monthly returns. The reality is different on the ground.

Better use your money to just buy Bitcoin and other top altcoins instead of investing in those cloud mining scams. Almost 100% of them are not legitimate.

I mean, I am not trying to be rude or anything, but a simple search about cloud mining(especially with the help of AI) would give you an answer that these "investment" schemes are prone to scams, and a lot of people have fallen victim to them. Sad to say that you will most likely not get the money you've invested in it, and your personal information that you gave to them would probably stolen too.

I think many people invest in these cloud mining platforms because they are attracted by the high returns they promise. Unfortunately, many of them trust these platforms before doing any research or checking if they are legit.

Most people who fall for these traps just want to grow their money and make more profit. Sadly, they only realize how risky these platforms are after getting scammed and losing their deposits, realizing they can't withdraw their money, or waking up one day to find that the platform has shut down.

I hope what happened to the OP, along with other users' experiences, will be a lesson for anyone thinking about risking their money on these platforms.

I think many people invest in these cloud mining platforms because they are attracted by the high returns they promise. Unfortunately, many of them trust these platforms before doing any research or checking if they are legit.

Based on my experience, many of these victims think that they found a gold inside the forest and that's why they won't do any research about it. What's on their mind is they better keep it before anyone knows and so they're putting too much confidence on themselves. Despite that there's a lot of history of cloud mining in the forum and majority of them are scams, these scams will never stop as they know many will still fall for it due to their greed and thought of earning easy money. It's a rinse and repeat for them but with a different platform's name.
