[SCAM/DISPUTE] Celsius Casino - Deposit Confiscated After Account Restriction

I am opening this scam/dispute thread to publicly expose my situation with Celsius Casino and warn other users, as their support has completely gone silent.

On October 27th, my account (Username: Csar / Registered Email: zix8777@gmail.com) was permanently restricted due to a "multi-accounting" violation. I want to be 100% transparent: I admit I made a mistake by creating a second profile because I did not fully read the platform's multi-accounting rules at the time. I am not contesting the permanent closure of both accounts, and I fully accept that any winnings derived from their 50% Free Bet promotion are voided and forfeited.

However, Celsius Casino is straight up confiscating my un-wagered personal deposit funds, which is plain theft.

Here are the facts of my balance:
- Total Deposit: 62 USDT sent directly from my Binance account.
- Total Wagered: I only wagered and lost 17 USDT of my real balance.
- Net Remaining Balance: 45 USDT.

This remaining 45 USDT belongs entirely to my own pocket deposit and does not come from any game winnings or promo rollover. I sent a formal email to support@celsiuscasino.com on October 27th offering full identity verification (KYC) to prove my legitimate ownership of the funding Binance wallet via blockchain hashes, but they completely ignored me. To make things worse, they banned me from their Discord server the moment I politely asked about my deposit status.

Violating a casino's TOS gives them the right to ban the user, but it does NOT give them the right to steal net deposit money that was never put at risk in the games. That is pure scam behavior.

I am posting this here so the Celsius Casino forum representative can address this matter, review the backend transaction logs, and manually refund my 45 USDT to the original Binance address.

I have attached my blockchain TxID and proof of deposit below for the moderators if required.

Did you just hear yourself that you just said you admit the fact that you made a mistake by mozi accounting, there are some mistake we are going to make and will not get away with it and I think that is just what might have happened to your case, I don't know much about the platform but I think most of them only take something similar like this as a reason enough to restrict us from using their platform any longer.

I've never heard of Celsius casino before and i don't think they have any presence here, nor any active representative. I only know the defunct Celsius network, that was a crypto lending corporation, lol.

The moderators do not mediate scam or situations such as this. You can take this to ADR providers if you want a third party to mediate in this case, though for the amount involved, i don't think it is worth it. While some casinos would refund your deposit in cases like this, i believe they still reserve the right to block your account and every funds in it when you violate some of their terms.

What really matter most is when you are truly found not being at fault and some members may choose to take their time and investigate into the case to see who is actually not yielding to the normal expectations, $62 might be quiet small but it's still your rights and what belongs to you that must be well accounted for, the only thing I'm much concerned about is how you also have your own lapses with the platform.

As the other forum members have said above, it was completely your mistake as you ignored the basic and common terms of online casinos. Since you had also taken free bet promotion by creating multiple accounts, they have the right to forfeit your deposits for this. Some casinos occasionally return the deposit by showing a gesture of goodwill.

Unfortunately, CelsiusCasino doesn't exist in this forum yet. CasinoGuru is showing a warning that this casino team doesn't cooperate with them to resolve the complaints. And Askgamblers has also terminated this casino from their site. So, you aren't going to get any help through any mediators unless the casino team replies to you directly.

I read the terms of service for this casino, and to be honest, I didn’t see any mention of what happens if it’s proven that a customer has multiple accounts specifically, whether the casino would return the person’s deposit and close the account. At the same time, there’s no mention that they  wouldn’t return the deposit in such a case. Ultimately, it’s left to the casino’s own discretion whether or not to return the deposit. I don’t understand what your goal was in having two accounts at the same casino, given that this has always been a source of major trouble at any casino.

This is a major problem, because you won’t be able to file a complaint on Casino Guru. I also highly doubt that this casino would bother creating an account on this forum just to respond to your complaint. They have over 10 pages of scam accusations against them on Trustpilot accusations that have been piling up for more than two years and they haven’t responded to a single comment across those 10 pages during that entire time. So, don’t expect these people to reply to you.

I have searched about the Celsius Casino, but it seems they really don’t have any announcements threads on the forum gambling section. Correct me if I am missing something. First of all, you shouldn’t post your email here since you posted your username. Probably scammers would send you an email or send a forum PM; just ignore them.

However, since you admitted your mistakes, probably they would return you the part of your initial deposit from courtesy. But it depends on them; most casinos don’t allow multiple accounts due to abusing their bonus system. I don’t believe they will create an account just to respond here, where existing casinos don’t bother to reply to the scam accusation board nowadays.

In fact they have written terms that they reserve the right to withhold your deposit if you are found to have violated the rules/terms.

Sorry to say but I think there is no chance for you to get your deposited money back because you have violated their terms.
Although you did know that multi account is something prohibited and now you admit your mistake, I dont think it is enough to be used as an exception for them to return your deposit.
