The kind of work that some poor people do for more than 20 years is the same work that some people do for few years or momths and it makes them rich. At times it's not just about working hard but working smart and even if you work smart, you still need to be consistent and pray for grace to locate you. Because some people are smarter and work harder than you and yet they are still poor.
It's true that two individual can do the same work, but they will not end achieving the same result, and that's simply because of the way they were able to handle the business, market it and be committed into ensuring that they succeed with that business. Because while some poor individual may approach a business in the normal way, and possibly give up in the process. A smart individual will approach that same business differently by the using the trick of human psychology. Sells trick, valuable relationship and persuasive marketing to ensure people buy a product even when they didn't need it. But moreover, luck and you level of knowledge is another factor that help people to become successful, of which the average poor people don't have.

The mistake we mostly make has humans is that we sometimes judge others by what they have without knowing that exactly what they have been through. Someone can be lucky to get one good opportunity and then become financially stable whereas another person may be working day and night and still find it very difficult to feed their family. This doesn’t mean that one is hardworking and the other one is lazy.
Because someone is rich now does not make the person more hardworking or intelligent than someone who is struggling financially. We all have different backgrounds and opportunities and this things can affect our far our effort takes us.
So sometimes we all need to first understand people’s situations  before we start to judge them.

One thing we need to understand is that hardwork and circumstance are not the only thing that determine financial success but also how people react to the opportunity that they have matters too. Some people may decide to take risk, learn from their mistakes and make use of whatever small opportunity they tend to get while some other people will just be their making the same mistakes.

We should not glorify poverty, neither should we assume that wealth is always a blessing that comes at the right time. Sometimes people make wrong decisions and sometimes the ones who are hardworking are held back by circumstances that’s beyond their control. Already some wealthy people inherited their advantage while others need to build their own wealth through years of sacrifice.

We need to learn to judge people’s situation with a little more understanding.
