NFProjects is looking for experienced developers to join our Development Team at Kasual Labz!
Kasual Labz is a small, independent software development team managed by the NFProjects organization. The projects are beginning to add up, with all that comes a lot of extra work..
We're expanding our development team and looking for motivated software engineers interested in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, Android applications, and innovative software development.
Our development approach combines human engineers with AI development agents to help accelerate development, testing, debugging, and technical research.
Open Positions
1. Blockchain / General Software Engineer
We're looking for a developer who can work alongside our founder, engineer and AI development team to help accelerate ongoing development initiatives.
Preferred experience:
- Rust, C++, Python, or similar languages
- Blockchain architecture and distributed systems
- Proof-of-Work consensus and mining software
- Peer-to-peer networking and node infrastructure
- Git/GitHub, testing, and CI/CD
- Testnet deployment and troubleshooting
Experience working with Kaspa-related technologies is a major plus.
2. Android Software Engineer
We're looking for an Android developer interested in building cryptocurrency-related mobile applications.
Preferred experience:
- Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK
- Rust integration through JNI/NDK
- Cryptocurrency wallet development
- Mobile node software and networking
- Cryptographic libraries and secure key management
- Android performance optimization and testing
Compensation & Early Contributor Opportunities
We're an independently funded development team operating with a limited budget. So currently, These are volunteer/contributor positions, not salaried employment.
Although we cannot currently offer competitive salaries, we are exploring ways to recognize and reward founding contributors through future project participation opportunities.
These may include:
- Early access to eligible mining and network participation opportunities
- Potential participation in future contributor incentive programs
- Recognition as a founding development contributor
- Opportunities to influence technical direction and software architecture
- Long-term collaboration as the organization grows
Any future incentives will be documented separately.
Project is not premined, taxed, or hidden Development fees.
Although early contributors/developers will have early access to testnet, Mainnet, early stages of network with low diff increases chances of mining early for better block rewards.
Not guaranteed, No token allocations, mining rewards, profits, or paid positions are guaranteed.
