I think on your no KYC claims, you need to be clear and put a disclaimer that some third-party services are going to request KYC verification.

You also need to explain that KYC and LOG grading in the FAQ section

Yes, you say you are noncustodial, but the services/or third-party platforms the customer's money is going to be sent to are custodial, aren't they?
