Personally I will choose Bitcoin over land or gold, the reason is because I believe having bitcoin has greater growth potential. Not that the other two does not have potential of growing but a land can take years before it starts appreciating and while gold also is only use for preserving wealth. Even though bitcoin carries more risk, no doubt about that, the price can drop very bad and anyone investing in it should understand this but if I am looking at the long term, I believe that bitcoin still has a lot of room to grow.

The best wealth you should have is something you can control and bring anywhere, and with that description, only Bitcoin can qualify. Therefore among the three, Bitcoin is the best investment, as long as you are careful with it, it's yours and no one can easily confiscate it.

I would not use stats to determine which is more profitable, instead i will share by on my experience.

This is not a satisfying answer to give to a newbie that asked a question and wants to know. Also being in Bitcointalk does not mean that the answer should be Bitcoin, so you ought to give your answers convincingly and not force it on him. Bitcoin is surely the most profitable if we start judging from when it was created till date. The others are profitable but not must as Bitcoin has been for the seventeen  years.

All three assets you mentioned are reliable and profitable. If you have the ability, you can invest in all three assets. Each asset has different characteristics and different uses. Considering the characteristics and effectiveness, you can consider Bitcoin as the main investment asset, while land and gold can be considered alternative assets.

You can also consider Bitcoin as a stash. If you can purchase Bitcoin anonymously, then no one can know how many Bitcoins you have. Bitcoin can even protect you from government control, central institution accountability, and the effects of inflation. Due to limited supply in the market and regular increase in demand, it is possible to get large returns from Bitcoin in the long run. If necessary, you will be able to make cross-border transactions from Bitcoin and easily carry it.

On the other hand, you can consider gold and land as open assets. Since there is government control over land and gold and central institution accountability, various policies have to be followed. However, it has widespread use in real life and these assets are also profitable in the long run.

I don’t understand your claim that if bitcoin should be made more accessible to people, because I don’t think there is any coin or investment out there that is well accessible to people than bitcoin. With bitcoin there is no all this restrictions associated with physical investments like land or gold as you stated. The only reason why a person wouldn’t get access to bitcoin is when such person is without internet access aside it no other restrictions except again government policies which is also avoidable.

All investment are great if one can invest in it, but statistically bitcoin in the last 15 years has definitely outperformed every other assets which you listed there and many more, I don’t think the price of any of them can generate a return like bitcoin in this span of time.

Also there are various advantages of bitcoin over them but the one that sticks most with me is the ability to have access to buying and selling of it easily

As it stands today based on the records of the three assets, bitcoin stands a more promising venture so far. From  2009, if you check the percentage rise in the price of the three assets, you will see it in the order, Bitcoin>Gold>Land. Bitcoin has gone up to over 8million percentage rise in price as of today.

I will say that the order of investment should be, buy your bitcoin until you have reached your over accumulation stage, then you can diversify into lands and real estates and then gold. These are all good areas of investment but based on their precedent, Bitcoin is the best among all.

Bitcoin have definitely created opportunity for massive return but it does not make it safe or make it the best option for me. It price can rise very well and fast, so also it can drop heavily and it is not everyone that can afford to wait for it to recover. A land and having gold may not grow at the same time but they serve difference purpose. Someone buying land may be thinking about a long time and while someone buying bitcoin may be interested about growth. So it really depends on what the person wants from the investment.
At the end of the day, the best investment is not always about the one that makes the most money quickly  but the one that will help you build and protect your wealth.

However, due to what we are seeing this time around in terms of security, it is safer to diversify into the other two after holding substantial quantity of Bitcoin. We should no longer take diversification casually as it has become necessary now. I would support owing a piece of land irrespective of anything and owning physical gold too is not a bad choice but it has to be kept secretly to avoid assault.

No need to just be think of one, you can diversify. Buy bitcoin, buy land and buy gold. They are all store of value.

Make sure you buy real gold if you go for physical gold. Get all government legal documents of the land you purchase.

There are currently a lot of issues with land investment with risks associated with investing with the wrong people that might not give you your due returns as at when due to having to deal with a lot of land cases that is not even favorable to an average investor. if you don't even have a lot of resource, you can not even buy land in smaller quantity like it is the case with bitcoin where you can carry out DCA regardless of the fact that you might not be able to buy 1BTC at a go.

Talking about an investment for long term, bitcoin would always top the list. The value of land could depreciate in value over the years, depending on the location and other economic factors but that's not a complete assumption too. Gold is also a good investment too, as bitcoin is popularly known as "digital gold".

Both bitcoin and gold could be considered good investment, gold is good as wealth preservation because it has less volatility compared to bitcoin, but bitcoin is a better long term investment asset with great potentials.

But for someone who doesn't own these tangible assets yet and they have plenty of bitcoins on their portfolio, it's time for them to decide if they want some of these desired assets that they can live with.
All of them profitable to be honest and reliable, gold has been there for so long and just as with the land they're all robust and tested by time.

Because we still own the land of my father's grandfather, so if the land papers are correct, then land is the most reliable investment.

Anyway, I don't have much money at the moment, so to buy land, a lot of money is needed at once. But I can buy Bitcoin even with 20 dollars, so I have chosen Bitcoin as the best option at the moment.

You ruined everything with your "if Bitcoin is more accessible", what makes you think it's not accessible? Everyone I know is into Bitcoin, that makes it's very accessible, even smart companies are using Bitcoin as their store of value.

That because it's more accessible, some newbies sounds as if getting to Bitcoin is very hard and yet they spend hours on the computer playing PC games all week, to fully understand Bitcoin doesn't even take a week.
