Most profitable is going to be Bitcoin because of the volatility in the market, plus it is already evident and a fact since its more than 1000% already when it get started, the gold and land investment was not something as profitable but since it is a tangible asset it is worth and safer investment than Bitcoin, so it doesn't mean it's a bad investment, I would still diversify and invest on all of it if I have the capacity to, but the easiast investment is the Bitcoin since you could start buying at very low amount even 5 or 10$ you could start the DCA easily, unless the hassle of land and gold.

These options vary depending on your environment actually and your financial situation, because if i live in a comfortable environment or I know of one and i have the money at hand, i would buy land, even if i dont improve on it now, i mean i can always come back but securing the land is priority for me and Bitcoin would be something i do secondary as i get more income on a steady. I currently have no interest with gold as an asset, i would prefer having lands across different places and my portfolio grown than purchasing gold at the moment.
But i do know that if i get to a certain financial level my priorities will change, Bitcoin will become the main focus but for now I would just try to secure land first and as my income remains steady i accumulate more Bitcoin.

But honestly speaking, having an investment should not only matter based on how much you made profits, or the current price it has now. It should also mean the transparency it bring, the security it offer to us, and most especially the freedom it has that made us not to rely on banks anymore because with bitcoin, we are now the bank of our own and can carry it and make transactions anytime and anywhere, as long as internet connection is stable.

These are just 3 fundamentally different assets. Especially land is just not comparable with gold or Bitcoin. Usually you can't chunk it down to small amounts, with gold and BTC you can.
So it totally depends on your investment budget. If you really have the means to invest in all 3, I had a personal preference, it would probably turn out something like this:
60% BTC
30% land
10% gold

Imho BTC has the highest chances to 2, 3 or even 5x within the next 6 to 10 years.
Land may even get slightly devalued, very much depending on a number of factors and the actual location. However it will be, unless you made a really risky land investment, be the most stable for several decades minimum. And you might be able to actually use it yourself if need be.
Gold is just a nice hedge against certain black swan events and can also turned to cash relatively easy if need be.

That said, we also gotta keep in mind that the era of parabolic runs like 10x, 100x or 1000x is over. The days of making huge returns and getting rich off a small amount of capital with Bitcoin is over too.

OP did not mention the reference date, so I took the data from Bitcoin's inception.. and compared it with its current price now, I believe it would even take years before it hits $1 million per Bitcoin if it ever happens, that is what I believe is the most realistic prediction. That x10 is possible, x100 is less likely, x1000 is impossible IMO at the current price.

Bitcoin has not for one day have a dull moment with investment, it have ways the market bounce. Gold is a government tool they control, they regulate with their policies and everything they do, it dances to their tune. Bitcoin is the complete opposite of Gold and way better.

Gold makes no profit, its not supposed to do anything but be inert and stable thats its main purpose as an asset.   So as much that sounds, its not for profit but a counter weight to your own portfolio risk.

  I obviously acknowledge speculation on gold price can be profitable, clearly thats true but the base character of this elemental asset is flat, it has no yield.  Thats how it works, strangely even oil has quite a flat average appreciation apparently.
