Each of the assets mentioned is valuable and stores value. If you want self-custody assets, you can lean towards investing in Bitcoin. If you want to invest in tangible or government-controlled assets, land may be a good option. There is very little chance of hacking or theft, but the government can confiscate it if it wants.
Gold is a good option for investment, but in terms of profit, gold may not be able to compete with land and Bitcoin. Make sure what type of asset you want to invest in. From my point of view, just as there is a need for investment in the virtual world, there is a need for investment in real assets as well.
However, there is a difference between investing in land, gold and Bitcoin. To invest in land and gold, you will need huge capital, which is not available to everyone. But it is possible to invest in Bitcoin through DCA strategy, where even low-income people can invest. You make sure where you are and what asset you want to invest in. But I think all three assets are good options for investment.
You are quite right that land, gold and Bitcoin are all good investment options. However investing in land or gold requires a significant amount of capital upfront whereas Bitcoin offers the flexibility to invest gradually through the DCA method allowing for smaller, recurring weekly or monthly contribution an option not available with land or gold. We know that consistent, incremental investing can eventually help us build substantial wealth. Furthermore, as people are increasimgly drawn to virtual assets, there is likely to be a growing preference for investing in Bitcoin.
