On October 14, 2026, I requested 7 withdrawals totaling 6.8 SOL from Betski.

Today is November 5, and 22 days later, I still haven't received any of the funds.

I've contacted their live chat multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. Over the last few days, support has sometimes simply stopped responding to my messages.

Waiting over three weeks for crypto withdrawals is unacceptable, especially when support doesn't even bother to reply.

I'm posting this to warn other players and hopefully get a response from Betski.

I'll update this thread if anything changes or the withdrawals are finally processed.

The problem is you haven't shared with us what the live support chaps told you regarding the pending withdrawal. They should be able to tell you the reason. Is it an ongoing investigation or a technical problem?

If you don't mind, please share the screenshots of the conversations with the customer support. But to be honest, 3 weeks is quite a long time unless if they are carrying out some lengthy investigation.

Theres a reason we have the scam report form, you should use it and provide some extra info as Bitcoin Arena suggested. We cannot just take your word without proof, just doesn't set the right precedent.

I have seen many delayed withdrawal issue reports in their announcement thread. This does not look good at all. Even though most players later confirmed that they were paid, it is still absurd to wait for three weeks for a crypto withdrawal. The casino seems new, but totally unprofessional. Being a new casino or even in beta version does not allow them to delay withdrawals for more than three weeks.

Please follow the scam accusation format Yahoo suggested. Also, use https://talkimg.com to upload your images. I also recommend creating a flag against this casino. They had enough time to come with a explanation in their announcement thread.

Empty promises every time. I have been seeing the announcement thread of Betski, where you guys stopped responding to the questions because you have nothing to say regarding the pending withdrawals. Most players from this forum have already stopped playing on your platform because of delayed withdrawals. This guy has been waiting for 22 days, and you are saying it will be solved within the next 24 hours?

There is no harm in waiting another 24 hours, but you should not repeat the same thing again and again. If your withdrawals are manual, do not claim you process withdrawals instantly.

Can you give us the full report or context on why the withdrawal was pending 3 weeks? The support can’t give him even a simple answer on what the problems are aside from waiting for the relevant team to reply which didn’t happen for that long period.

Nice to see that you are answering the scam accusation here. You should improve your customer support since waiting for withdrawal for a long time without a known reason is very frustrating.

Had a bad experience myself over 80$ withdrawal. Apparently they dont work on weekends and we have to wail till monday for these things

OP you were extremely patient in waiting till now, they advertised some good promos here but seems they are lacking bankroll or good management to steer them right. Absolutely unacceptable, the amount isnt even that much

Makes me wonder how much longer I would have been waiting if I hadn't posted here.

Glad I finally got my funds, but the overall experience with Betski has been pretty poor. Three weeks of delays, frequently ignored live chat messages, and then suddenly everything gets resolved once the issue goes public.

Anyway, the issue is resolved, but it really shouldn't take a public complaint to get withdrawals processed.

Because this way, if someone new wants to create an account at this casino, does some research, and ends up on this forum, they’ll be able to read your entire story. They can then decide for themselves whether they really want to take the risk of using a casino where it takes 22 days to get paid even though deposits show up in the casino account immediately. In this sense, your thread will be incredibly valuable to many new people considering this casino. If you delete it, you’ll be erasing a history that could be a huge help to others in the future. It’s not about condemning the casino forever; it’s possible that one day they might actually change how they operate. If that day comes, there will be plenty of positive feedback about them online, and people will be able to weigh your thread from this year against the positive comments from future years allowing them to make the decision that’s best for them.

Oh yea definitely, as if they ignore people until players make some noise publicly. If you didnt know about this forum who knows when or even if you would have been paid or not ?

Like i said above for my 80$ withdraw it took them 3 days over the weekend, granted it was winnings from a bonus but still they gave reasoning that team will work on monday. Which to me is not acceptable in 2026.

They are atleast not outright scamming people but really need major improvements

They have been ignoring your posts in their announcement threads for weeks. Now you create a public scam accusation thread against them, and they fixed everything within 24 hours. They were just trying to delay the payment and hope you give up. The good thing is, you kept posted about it, contacted them, and finally managed to get back your funds. It is good to see the withdrawal has already been released, and you got your funds. I would recommend you stay away from this casino.

Yea start your own thread as well, not a good look for betski when multiple similar things like this happen its a pattern and not a mistake or anything else.

They seem to be very shrewd on withdraws with meaningless delays. You should never have to wait more then few hours for a crypto withdraw these days on any book
