After following a forum members lead I am shocked at how efficient this new miner is  Shocked Shocked
This new Bitcoin miner has the BM1373 chip which is more efficient than the BM1370.

I am so tempted to add this to my collection right now, but since no thread about Bitfortun miner on the forum I need to ask how the performance truly is and what the experience have been so far.

Anyone running Bitfortun Asic miners on the forum?
I guess this is the latest most efficient chip right now? Or something new is out?

Please kindly drop review if anyone has this miner or this brand running.

I never hear this Bitfortun brand and even https://www.asicminervalue.com/ doesn't list of any of their ASIC. It must be really new or obscure brand. But other brand also have announced/released miner that use this chip, such as Nerdaxe Gaia and Bitaxe Naja.

I guess this is the latest most efficient chip right now? Or something new is out?

That should be the case, since same same used by Antminer S23.

And Hammer Miner Thor P2 use 2x BM 1373

Bitfortun OctAXEy has 8x BM1370 chips using 155w and producing 9.6TH - 10TH, similar hashrate to the Thor P2 but older chip, what is my point here? That how many chips is installed running doesn't matter that much.

Where efficiency takes the lead for some, price per this miners is what others care about, the 20TH Bitfortun is not available everywhere right now, if anyone can't wait then getting two Thor P2 makes a lot of sense.

This new Bitcoin miner has the BM1373 chip which is more efficient than the BM1370.
I just watched a few reviews on YouTube and surprisingly it's not that efficient [19.4 J/TH]: e.g., the numbers on this "screenshot" are close to what I've seen in those videos [Magic Miner 40T uses 30 BM1370, whereas Bitfortun BS-4 uses 4 BM1373 chips]

A couple of issues from those videos:
  • The 350-watt power supply that comes in the box isn't good enough for long-term use [no safety headroom and even at stock, this miner was reaching 360 W, so you have to underclock it a bit].
  • Loose fan header connection because of the 3D-printed stand [there's a small chance that it'll lead to an issue, but the risk will always be there if you don't try to at least slightly modify the stand].

I'd like to point out that despite AIOs being great for the cooling part, they tend to have a short lifespan [unfortunately].
