Fixed-price sale: complete Core LM package — EUR 110,000I am offering two independently frozen MIT-licensed source repositories
only together as one bundle. This is a direct asset sale, not a token sale, fundraising round, investment offer, or automatically binding auction.
Lot A — Core LM Compression ProofReal-model Qwen KV-cache compression; native macOS app source, Linux regression path, codec/container code, verifiers, evidence records and publication tooling.

Existing MIT grants remain valid; no exclusivity over copies already released under MIT is promised.
Price and paymentFixed bundle price:
EUR 110,000.
Proposed settlement rail:
USDT on Tron (TRC-20).

Required order1. Buyer and seller verify legal identity, authority, jurisdiction and source of funds.
2. They electronically sign the final asset-purchase agreement, IP assignment and payment schedule.
3. The signed payment schedule fixes the exact USDT amount, EUR/USDT rate source and timestamp, official token contract, confirmation threshold, transfer conditions, tax allocation and closing certificate.
4. Buyer sends the agreed payment to the stated USDT TRC-20 address.
5. After agreed confirmations and closing conditions, seller transfers the documented repositories/control and both parties sign the closing certificate.
Do
not send funds before the fully executed agreement and payment schedule are delivered. A forum post or wallet transfer alone does not transfer title, repository control or intellectual-property rights. No privacy coins, mixers, or unexplained third-party payers.
Due diligenceSigned commits, reproducible Git-object archives, SHA-256 manifests, scope/exclusion schedules and test reports are available. Lot B passes 367/367 scoped orchestrator tests plus 17/17 security tests. Lot A local preparation is explicitly qualified because the locked Python 3.12.13 runtime was not installed locally.
Claim boundaryNot proof of universal LLM compression, universal determinism, arbitrary-model compatibility, distributed-blockchain consensus, revenue or commercial fitness. Local hash chains are not a cryptocurrency or distributed blockchain.
